| 中文摘要: | 当今全球化的特征就是“生产的全球解构”和“贸易的全球整合”,国际分工进一步向广度和深度发展,从广度上讲,参与国际分工的国家和地区已遍及全球;从深度上讲,国际分工越来越细,已由过去单一的垂直型分工发展为垂直型、水平型和混合型多种分工形式并存的新格局,形成了以纵向分离和协调为重要特征的全球化生产网络。然而传统的分工理论已不能解释不具备禀赋优势的地区也能够在这种分工背景下获得利益。因此需要新的视角研究企业竞争优势,而这也成为了目前研究的热点。Feenstra(1998)指出,“贸易的全球整合”和“生产的全球解构”的辩证统一是全球价值链体系的关键特征,这说明全球价值链理论作为一个新兴的理论是适应当前全球化发展的。而从现有理论来看,全球价值链又是动态变化的,因此从动态全球价值链视角研究企业竞争优势,无疑是具有重大理论意义和现实意义。 对于从动态全球价值链视角研究企业竞争优势,首先要对全球价值链的动态演变机理进行研究,明确全球价值链的演变路径,在此基础上,再分析企业竞争优势。虽然并没有学者明确提出,但从现有研究看,实际上对于全球价值链的描述都是从全球价值链的驱动模式和治理模式两个维度进行的,因此本文以全球价值链驱动模式和治理模式的动态演变作为两个维度,分析全球价值链的动态演变,并基于此进一步分析全球价值链中企业的竞争优势问题。 为了达到研究目的,本文以全球价值链相关理论、竞争优势相关理论以及目前对于全球价值链视角下企业竞争优势研究的相关成果作为理论基础,采用文献调查和系统分析的方法进行研究,并适当结合案例研究方法增强研究的信度。本文的创新之处在于首先,通过分析动态演变影响因素,对全球价值链的驱动模式和治理模式的动态演变进行了研究;然后在此基础上,从驱动模式和治理模式二维动态演变角度分析了全球价值链的动态演变;最后又在全球价值链二维动态演变的基础上,研究了企业竞争优势的来源问题。而这几方面创新点的研究结论就是本文的核心结论,基于这些研究结论以及研究过程中出现的不足,本文还将为后续研究和企业实践提供一些建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Nowadays, the characteristics of globalization represent “global production structure” and “Trade and Global Integration”. The international division of labour further extends the breadth and depth. From the breadth of perspective, increasing number of countries and regions all over the world participate into the international division of labor; speaking from the depth, the international division of labor has become more refined, changing from the single vertical division to vertical, horizontal and mixed form coexistence, the global production networks with an important feature of Vertical separation and coordination form. However, the traditional division of labor theory can not explain the disadvantageous regions can also benefit the division forms. Hence the new research perspective for firm competitive advantages is needed, which has become the current hot research. Feenstra (1998) pointed out that dialectical unity between the "trade and global integration " and "deconstruction of global production," are the key features of the global value chain, indicating the global value chain theory as a rising theory adapt to the emerging globalization development. Judging from the existing theory, the global value chain is dynamic, so research on the firm competitive advantage from dynamic perspective of the global value chain is of great theoretical and practical significance. First of all, it is crucial to study the dynamics evolution of global value chains to define evolution path. Then, further analyses on firm competitive advantage go along. Although scholars have not explicitly put forward, but existing studies do, in fact, for a description of global value chains are from two dimensions that are the global value chain driven models and governance models. Therefore in this paper, the dynamics of evolution of the global value chain was analyses from driven model and governance model, and based on further analysis of firm competitive advantage in global value chains was made. In order to achieve the purpose, this article related to the global value chain theory, competitive advantage theory and the relevant results of the study for competitive advantage in the current global value chains as a theoretical basis, the use of a literature survey and systems analysis methods and the appropriate combination of case study enhance reliability. In this paper, we firstly studied the dynamic evolution of the global value chain driven model and governance model through the analysis of the impact factors of the dynamic evolution; and secondly on this basis, from the drive mode and governance model two-dimensional dynamic evolution we analysis the dynamics evolution of the global value chain; finally, the sources of firm competitive advantage were studied. This innovation research comes to the core conclusion of this article. According to the conclusions of these studies, as well as the deficiency appeared in this article, we provided some suggestions for subsequent research and business practice. | |
