| 中文摘要: | 摘要 随着近年来国内工程项目市场的急剧缩水,传统工程公司正面临前所未有的挑战。为了在工程市场的“凛冬”中生存下来,各工程公司一方面不断深化内部改革,一方面响应“一带一路”号召,走出国门承揽国际工程项目。然而国际项目所面临的风险以及海外业主对质量管理更苛刻的要求更加考验工程公司的项目质量管理水平。天辰公司在沙特的S输变电项目为提升项目质量管理有效性,在项目执行过程中采取预判风险、积极预防的措施,在实践中取得了一定成效。 本论文开始部分简要说明了写作背景、目的以及具体的实践意义,并结合项目管理学知识及ISO 9001:2015理念对论文的理论基础作了基本介绍。本论文研究的案例是沙特S输变电项目,但研究的质量管理方法适用于所有EPC项目。考虑到该方法在国际EPC项目中应用的必要性和可行性更高,所以论文在第三章结合天辰公司国际EPC项目的实际情况分析了国际EPC项目的特点和质量影响因素。论文核心部分首先阐述基于风险思维的质量管理的实施方法,随后以天辰公司在沙特的S输变电项目为例,介绍该方法在EPC项目的设计、采购、施工各方面的实践与应用效果。尽管E-P-C各个方面的质量风险不同,但其质量管理的基本流程一致,故论文第四章、第五章都是以质量策划-质量控制的思路展开的。S输变电项目案例中列举了大量实际使用的风险分析和质量控制的方法及图表。结束部分是研究结论与启示,说明研究成果和创新之处,分析研究不足以及需要进一步研究的问题。 本论文创新之处是通过将项目质量管理和风险管理相结合验证了一种新的质量管理方法,这种方法注重以风险意识进行积极预防有利于提高项目质量管理的有效性,可以为天辰公司正在执行的国内外项目提供借鉴。主要的不足是没有把这种方法升华形成独特的理论,有待下一步继续研究。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract With rapid decline of the domestic engineering market in recent years, traditional engineering companies are facing unprecedented challenges. In order to survive in such a sluggish market, engineering companies are constantly deepening the internal reform on the one hand, on the other hand, most of them are executing or trying to contract international projects in response with the government policy. However, the risks in international projects and the rigid requirements of foreign owners will examine the engineering companies’ project management ability more. For improving the effectiveness of project quality management, Tianchen Company’s S Power Transfer Project in KSA take risk anticipation and active prevention measures in the process of project execution, has obtained certain effect in practice. The paper begins with a brief description of the writing background, purpose and practical significance, and combines the project management knowledge and ISO 9001:2015 concept to provide a basic introduction to the theoretical basis of the paper. Even though the case studied by this paper is S Power Transfer Projects in KSA, but the quality management methods are applicable to all EPC projects. Considering the necessity and feasibility is higher as application of the method in the international EPC project, the third chapter of this paper analyzed the characteristics of international EPC projects and quality factors in according to the actual situation of Tianchen Company’s international EPC project. The core part of the paper first elaborates the implementation method of risk-based thinking quality management, then take Tianchen Company’s S Power Transfer Project in KSA as an example, introduces the application effect of method using in all aspects of EPC project, such as engineering, procurement, construction. Although the quality risk of E-P-C is different, the basic process of its quality management is consistent. Therefore, the fourth and fifth chapters of this paper are both based on the idea of quality planning and quality control. A large number of practical risk analysis and quality control methods and charts are listed in the case of S project. The conclusion part is the research conclusion and the enlightenment, explaining the research results and innovations, analyzing the insufficient of the research and which need to be researched further. The innovation of this paper is a new quality control method was verified through combining the project quality management and risk management, this kind of method taking prevention with risk awareness can improve the effectiveness of the project quality management, and support the executing projects of Tianchen company. The main deficiency is that this method is not sublimated to form a unique theory, which is to be further studied. | |
