中文摘要：	饮料行业竞争日益激烈，各饮料巨头之间的竞争已经到了白热化的阶段，如何避开同质化、寻找新的消费热点及突破口，使企业立于不败之地，是饮料企业面临的挑战。随着社会群体对健康生活的重视，含热量低、纯净卫生、富含人体有益微量元素的天然矿泉水，越来越受到消费者青睐；饮用水市场出现空前的繁荣景象，好水及健康养生逐渐成为了大众关注的焦点。加多宝公司于2007年开始筹备规划在青海省格尔木市、海拔4120米的西大滩建立生产基地，开发昆仑山天然雪山矿泉水抢占饮用水中高端市场，一期高原工厂于2009年投产。在青藏高原腹地建厂及生产经营，没有同类企业案例可以借鉴，高原工厂投产以来，运营成本居高不下，一直无法实现持续盈利；高原物流资源缺少、缺氧环境对人员健康不利等特殊问题也是生产运营面临的困境；如何扩大生产规模、完善高原工厂运营管理，使企业实现持续盈利，是加多宝高原工厂面临的挑战。 本文以高原工厂的运营管理各环节为基础，对实际运营情况进行考察分析，重点研究了高原工厂运营管理策略，从生产管理、质量改进、采购及物流运输、工厂环境及人员保健等环节进行优化、改善，以期突破高原工厂运营管理瓶颈。经过研究分析，本人认为高原工厂目前的运营困境可以取得阶段性突破，高原工厂通过对组织结构、生产控制流程进行优化，完善绩效管理方案，对质量工艺、采购及物流运输流程进行优化，可以节约大量运营成本；高原工厂通过增氧、加湿方案，可以有效改善员工的生活及工作环境，基本可以缓解人员在高原生活的难题；经过一序列举措，高原工厂定能做到有效保护自然环境、企业与环境和谐相融；高原工厂如能持续降低运营管理成本，有效保障人员在高原的生存环境，定能在高原缺氧环境实现持续生产运营。加多宝高原工厂实现正常运营及盈利，可为其他企业在高原建厂、生产运营提供参考实例及宝贵经验；企业在青藏高原成功运营的案例，将极大的鼓舞人们战胜高原、开发高原的信心；企业在青藏高原取得经济效益的同时，也促进了我国西部资源的开发及经济繁荣。
英文摘要：	The competition of the beverage industry is becoming more and more intense, and the competition among the beverage giants has reached the stage of white hot. How to avoid homogeneity, find new consumption hot spots and breakthroughs, and make enterprises invincible, is the challenge facing the beverage enterprises. With the attention of the social groups to the healthy life, the natural mineral water containing low heat, pure health and the beneficial trace elements of the human body is becoming more and more popular with consumers; the potable water market is booming, and the good water and health health care have gradually become the focus of the public. In 2007, the company began to prepare a production base in Golmud city of Qinghai province and West datan, 4120 meters above sea level. The natural snow mountain mineral water of Kunlun Mountains was developed to seize the high-end market of drinking water. The first phase of the plateau factory was put into production in 2009; the plant and production management in the hinterland of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau have no similar enterprise cases. Since the high altitude factory has been put into operation, the operation cost is high, and the special problems such as the lack of the plateau logistics resources and the adverse health of the anoxic environment are also the difficulties that the production and operation are facing. It is the challenge facing the factory of the high plateau. Based on all aspects of the operation and management of the plateau factory, this paper makes an investigation and Analysis on the actual operation situation, and focuses on the strategy of the operation and management of the plateau factory. It is optimized and improved from the aspects of production management, quality improvement, procurement and logistics transportation, factory environment and personnel health care, in order to break through the operation management of the plateau factory. Take care of the bottleneck. Through the research and analysis, I think that the current operation dilemma of the plateau factory can make a breakthrough. The plateau factory optimizes the organizational structure and production control process, improves the performance management scheme, and optimizes the quality process, procurement and logistics transportation process to save a large amount of operation cost; plateau factory. Through the scheme of increasing oxygen and humidification, it can effectively improve the staff's living and working environment, and can basically alleviate the problem of people living in the plateau.
