| 中文摘要: | 全球汽车制造业发展迅猛,汽车也从奢侈品向日常消费品转变,随着市场需求的加大和人们审美观点的不断变化,缩短新车型的研发周期成为加强品牌竞争力的关键。作为汽车四大工艺中的重中之重,汽车焊接工艺决定了汽车的车身质量,其开发进度也直接影响汽车制造项目的开发周期。 因此汽车焊装生产线建造项目的进度控制越来越受到各大汽车厂和车身焊接装备集成企业的关注。 本文从车身焊接装备集成企业角度,对汽车焊装生产线建造项目的进度管理进行研究,利用项目进度管理相关理论,对汽车焊装生产线建造项目进行有效控制。 利用关键路径法、综合分析法等相关管理工具和方法,对影响汽车焊装生产线项目进度的各种因素进行分析,并制定相应的管控措施和策略。 具体来说是横向从项目团队、项目成本以及项目变更管控等项目管理领域,对项目进度的影响因素进行分析, 并结合纵向对项目各个阶段的上述领域具体影响因素进行细化和总结,最终制定系统的项目进度管控对策。 验证了项目进度管理并不是一种静态的管理过程,它是需要结合实际情况,灵活机动的一种动态管理模式,需要项目管理者通过协调各种资源和加强干系人沟通,确保项目能够均衡平稳发展,实现项目的动态平衡。 最后,本文以广汽传祺A16补焊线项目为例,对上述研究内容在实例中得到印证。 本文通过对汽车焊装生产线建造项目的研究,证明了结合项目管理相关理论和方法制定的项目进度管理对策可有效降低项目进度延迟的风险,这其中对项目团队的有效管理是项目进度管控成功的关键。本文还总结了汽车焊装生产线建造项目进度控制方式方法,为后续研究提出一些可供参考的意见或建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of global automotive industry, the automobile completes the transformation from luxury goods to daily consumer products. With the increasing of market demand and the changing of people's aesthetics, shortening research and development cycle of new-vehicle models is the key of brand competitiveness. As the most important part of in the four kindly of automobile manufacturing technology, automobile welding technology determines the quality of vehicle body. And its development schedule also directly affects the development cycle of vehicle manufacturing project. Therefore, the schedule control about the construction project of automobile welding line has been paid more and more attention by the large automobile factory and the automobile body welding equipment integration enterprise. From the perspective of vehicle body welding equipment integration enterprise, this paper studies the schedule management about construction project of automobile welding line. The construction project of automobile welding line was effectly controlled by using of relevant theories of project schedule control management. By using critical path method, comprehensive analysis and other related management tools and methods. we analysed various factors that affect the schedule control of the automobile welding line construction project, and formulate corresponding control measures and strategies. Specifically, horizontally for the project management field of project team, project cost, project changes, etc, the influencing factors of project schedule are analyzed. And combined longitudinally with the above Specific influencing factors on each stage of the project,that are refined and summarized, finally establish the systematic countermeasures of project schedule control management .To verify the schedule control of the project management is not a static management process, it is necessary to combine the actual situation, and it is a flexible and dynamic management mode, and project schedule control management need project managers to strengthen stakeholder communication through a variety of resources and coordination, to ensure the project to be balanced and stable development, realize the dynamic balance of the project. Finally, this paper takes the project of A16 repair welding line as an example, and confirms the above research content in the example. In this paper, based on the research of the construction project of automobile welding line, it proves that acording to the relevant theories and methods of project management, the countermeasures of project schedule control management effectively reduces the risk of project schedule delay, and the effective management of the project team is the key to the success of the project schedule control. The paper also summarizes the methods of project schedule control for the construction project of automobile welding production line, and provides some Suggestions or Suggestions for the follow-up study. | |
