| 中文摘要: | 在“一带一路”战略的指引下,我国工程承包企业加快步伐“走出去”,向海外工程建设市场进军,取得了长足的进步。据2017美国《工程新闻纪录》(ENR)公布的全球最大250 家国际工程承包商排名,我国内地有65家企业上榜,位居榜首,共完成海外工程营业额987.225亿美元,比2016年增加5.4%。 在“走出去”的同时,工程建设项目也成为将设备、材料等物资带向世界的综合载体。但在“一带一路”战略涉及众多国家,每个国家的情况、政策有很大差异,大多数国家对一些设备材料的进入提出各种限制,要求越来越严格。如土耳其在2012年以前的项目进口物资不要求CE证书,2012年严格要求。 在上述背景及天辰公司精细化管理和项目风险控制的趋势下,对工程项目物流风险进行研究有着重要的意义。本文从土耳其KAZAN(卡赞)项目实际情况出发,以项目物流风险为研究对象,应用风险管理的基础理论,对土耳其KAZAN(卡赞)项目物流风险进行识别、风险评价、风险应对的进行了详细研究。首先在回顾了风险、风险管理的有关理论,作为本文研究的理论基础;对土耳其KAZAN(卡赞)项目的特殊性进行了详细的阐述,并简单介绍了工程项目物流的基本特点;在物流风险识别中,本文对KAZAN项目物流风险因素进行了详细的分析;并在物流风险评价中,本文根据KAZAN项目各个物流风险因素影响大小和出现概率绘制了坐标图和排序图;在风险应对和监控中,本文根据物流风险因素在坐标图和排序图中的位置,给出了每个物流风险因素的应对措施,并介绍了物流风险监控措施。 天辰公司土耳其KAZAN(卡赞)项目物流具有时间短、货量大,大件核心货物多等特点,一旦在物流运输环节中出现偏差,将直接导致项目失败,并带来一系列严重后果,产生严重负面影响。 通过对其风险进行分析与归纳总结,为避免整个KAZAN项目因物流环节的风险而遭受损失提供支持,对推进项目物流工作具有指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Under the guidance of "One Belt and One Road" strategy China's engineering contracting enterprises accelerate the pace of "going global", to enter the oversea construction market, which has made considerable progress. According to the ranking of the 250 largest international engineering contractors published by the ENR (ENR), there are 65 companies from the mainland of China, ranking the top of the list, with a total of $98.7225 billion for overseas project turnover, an increase of 5.4% over the year 2016. At the same time of "going global", project construction has also become an integrated carrier of equipment, materials and other materials to the world. However, the "One belt and one road" strategy involves many countries with different situation and policies and most of these countries put forward various restrictions on access of some equipment and materials with more strict demand. For example, materials imported to Turkey before 2012 do not require CE certificates, but it is strictly required in 2012. Under the above background and TCC's fine management and project risk control trend, it is of great significance to study the logistics risk of engineering project. This paper, starting from the actual situation of Turkey KAZAN (Kazan) project, takes the project logistics risk as the research object, using basic theory of risk management to carry out a detailed study on the risk identification, risk assessment and risk response of the logistics risk of Turkey (Kazan) project. First, it reviews the related theories of risk and risk management as the theoretical basis of this study. The particularity of the Turkey KAZAN (Kazan) project is elaborated in detail, and the basic characteristics of the project logistics are briefly introduced. In the logistics risk identification, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the logistics risk factors of the KAZAN project. In the logistics risk assessment, the paper draws the coordinate map and the sorting chart according to the impact and occurrence probability of each logistics risk factor of the KAZAN project. In the risk response and monitoring, this paper gives the Countermeasures of each logistics risk factor according to its location in the coordinate map and the sort chart. The logistics risk monitoring measures is introduced The logistics of Turkey KAZAN (Kazan) project of our company has the characteristics of short time, large volume of goods and many big core goods. If there is a deviation in the logistics and transportation link, it will lead to the failure of the project directly, and bring a series of serious consequences, which have serious negative effects. It is of guiding significance to the promotion of project logistics by analyzing and summarizing its risk to avoid the loss of the whole KAZAN project caused by logistics risks. | |
