中文摘要：	在全球经济一体化的改革浪潮中，越来越多的企业通过走出去，引进来的战略实现互利共赢；越来越多的企业通过项目管理得方式导入新产品。而近年来，由于产品质量问题导致的产品召回事件层出不穷，究其原因不单单是产品质量问题，而是在产品导入阶段项目质量没有把控好。项目质量管理贯穿于整个项目过程，项目导入阶段的项目质量的好坏，直接关系到后续的批量生产是否能够顺利进行，在项目导入阶段发现问题，解决问题将大大降低量产阶段的质量风险及成本。 本论文在国内外项目质量管理相关理论基础上，介绍了项目质量管理在S公司内部新产品导入中的运用及面临的问题。又结合了全面质量管理、APQP、FEMA等质量管理控制方法和工具，改进了S公司产品导入阶段人、机、料、法、环及供应商管理等方面的问题，完善了S公司高铁电机的导入项目的质量体系。通过分析S 企业项目质量管理中出现的问题以及对S企业项目质量管理水平的改进，增加了S公司项目质量管理经验，提高了S公司项目管理水平。通过该课题的研究，为当前的产品制造业完善项目质量管理机制提供一些参考。
英文摘要：	In the tide of global economic integration, more and more enterprises have achieved mutual benefit through the strategy of bring in and going global; more and more enterprises import new products through the way of project management. In recent years, because of the product quality problems caused by product recall, the reason is not only the quality of the product, but in the stage of product introduction. The quality of the project has not yet been controlled. Project quality management runs through the whole project process. The quality of the project is directly related to whether the batch production can be carried out smoothly. The problem will be found in the project introduction stage, and the quality risk and cost of the production stage will be greatly reduced. On the basis of the related theories of engineering quality management at home and abroad, this thesis introduces the application and existing problems of project quality management in the new product introduction of S company. Combined with the quality management, APQP, FEMA and other quality management control methods and tools, it improved the problems of S company's product introduction stage, such as human, machine, material, method, environment and supplier management, and improved the quality system of the import project of S high speed traction motor. Through analyzing the problems existing in the quality management of S enterprise project, improving the quality management level of S enterprise project, improving the project quality management experience of S company, and improving the project management level of S company. Through the research of this subject, it will provide some references for current product manufacturing industry to improve project quality management mechanism.
