中文摘要：	信息获取是指个人出于信息需求和信息利用预期而接近并取得信息的过程。目前图情领域对于信息获取行为的研究主要集中于主动的信息获取行为方面，对于被动的信息获取行为研究较少。信息偶遇属于被动的信息获取行为的一种。它是指用户在没有执行刻意的信息搜寻行为时意外发现一些有用或是感兴趣的信息的行为。国内外现有的关于信息偶遇的研究主要集中于不同群体间信息偶遇的存在性和信息偶遇的影响因素研究。随着数字图书馆的蓬勃发展，数字图书馆利用情境中信息偶遇的存在性研究和影响因素研究也逐渐被学者所关注。本研究试图系统地探讨数字图书馆利用情境下信息偶遇行为的发生过程，构建数字图书馆利用情境下信息偶遇影响因素模型，并通过实证研究对其进行验证。本研究依据相关理论对信息偶遇过程阶段进行了剖析，分析了数字图书馆利用情境下用户信息偶遇行为的特征和要素；通过调研已有文献，结合主流信息偶遇模型和数字图书馆独特情境，构建出数字图书馆利用情境下信息偶遇影响因素模型；随后，通过问卷调查法对数字图书馆用户信息偶遇状况进行调研，并通过SPSS软件对问卷结果进行统计分析。结果显示，数字图书馆用户的人口统计学特征外对信息偶遇的发生与否均没有影响，但部分变因素对于信息偶遇发生的频度和强度会有影响。个体的信息素养对于信息偶遇发生否与没有显著影响，但会影响信息偶遇发生的频度和强度，且对信息偶遇各个阶段的行为具有显著影响。偶遇信息本身的特性对信息偶遇的产生与阶段性行为均有显著影响。不同的情境对信息偶遇的发生强度没有影响，但频度却不尽相同。不同的情境中，信息检索或信息浏览行为的频度越高，发生信息偶遇的强度越大，阶段性行为特点越明显。最终，在此基础上提出数字图书馆面向用户的服务的若干建议。本文共有图7幅，表25个，参考文献65篇。
英文摘要：	Information acquisition refers to the process by which an individual approaches and obtains information based on information needs and information utilization expectations. At present, the study of information acquisition in the field of library and information science mainly focuses on the active information acquisition behavior. There is less research on passive information acquisition behavior. Information encountering is a kind of passive information acquisition behavior. It refers to the user's accidental discovery of useful or interesting information when he or she does not perform deliberate information search. The existing studies on information encountering at home and abroad mainly focus on the existence of information encountering and the influence factors of information encountering between different groups. With the vigorous development of digital libraries, the research on the existence of information encountering and the influencing factors in the context of digital library utilization has gradually been concerned by scholars. This study attempts to systematically explore the process of the occurrence of information encountering in the context of digital library utilization, build a influencing factors model under situation, and validate it through empirical research. This study clarifies the phase of information encounter process according to related theories, and analyzes the features and elements of the user information encounter behavior under the context of digital library use. It builds on the existing literature and combines with the mainstream information encountering model and the unique situation of digital library. The digital library uses the model of information encountering factors in the context; then through the questionnaire survey method, the situation of the digital library user information encountering is investigated, and the questionnaire results are analyzed by SPSS software. The results show that the demographic characteristics of digital library users have no impact on the occurrence of information encountering, but some variables have an impact on the frequency and intensity of information encountering. Individual information literacy has no significant effect on the occurrence of information encountering, but it will affect the frequency and intensity of information encountering, and has a significant impact on the behavior of information encountering each stage. The characteristics of the information itself have a significant impact on the occurrence and phased behavior of information encountering. Different situations have no effect on the intensity of information encountering, but the frequency is not the same. In different situations, the higher the frequency of information retrieval or information browsing behavior, the greater the intensity of the occurrence of information encounter, and the more obvious the characteristics of phased behavior. Finally, on this basis, several suggestions for user-oriented services of digital libraries are proposed. This article has a total of 7 images, 25 tables and 65 references.
