| 中文摘要: | 近年来,科技一天天不断进步,经济也在飞速发展,我国的煤化工项目建设无论从产品的类别还是从生产能力来看,都已经成为世界上煤化工产业规模最大的国家。煤化工工程项目建设日益增多,工程项目的管理也受到了各界的重视,积累了丰富的项目管理经验。同时,煤化工产业也因为高耗能、高污染、高碳排放量受到较多争议,加之国际油价受多种因素影响,不确定性较大,各方对中长期国际油价的预测也存在较大分歧,现代煤化工企业的成本优势是否仍然存在。在这种大环境下,煤化工项目建设的风险管理更值得我们去研究。 此外,由于我国在项目风险管理领域的研究起步较晚,与先进的发达国家相比,无论从理论研究还是指导实践方面都存在较大的差距。近几年,虽然项目风险的理论研究在一定程度上取得了较大的进步,但仍然存在缺陷和漏洞。同时,由于工程项目的独特性、非重复性的特点,每个项目面临的风险也不相同,工程项目自身的特点决定了很难对其所面临的所有风险进行系统的识别和应对。 本文以上述内容为背景,对我国煤化工总承包项目风险识别和应对管理进行了理论研究和案例分析。全文共分为六章。第一章绪论部分简要概述论文研究背景及研究意义,讲述研究目的与研究方法,确定论文的研究内容和框架。第二章对项目风险识别、评估、应对和监督等相关理论进行回顾,并对我国煤化工总承包项目进行回顾。第三章分析煤化工总承包项目风险及其所涉及的管控要点,总结出风险管理的独特性,梳理出风险管理的流程,总结出风险的风险影响因素,最后对煤化工总承包项目风险进行了整体分析。第四章详述煤化工总承包项目风险的识别、评估、应对和监督。第五章以神华新疆煤制油EPC项目为例,结合该项目总承包过程中各阶段的活动,验证研究成果。第六章结论,主要介绍本文的研究成果及不足之处,并提出展望。 此次,结合神华新疆煤制油EPC项目进行有针对性研究,为此类项目在风险识别和应对方面提供相关的技术理论和实践指导。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, with the continuous progress of science and technology and the development of economy, the construction of coal chemical industry in China has become the largest coal chemical industry in the world, no matter from the product category or from the production capacity. With the increasing number of coal chemical engineering projects, the management of engineering projects has also been paid attention by all walks of life, and has accumulated rich experience in project management. At the same time, the coal chemical industry with high energy consumption, high pollution, and high carbon emissions are more controversial. Besides, the international oil price is affected by many factors with large uncertainty and the parties to the long-term international oil price forecast exist big difference. So the modern coal chemical industry enterprise's cost advantage still exists. In such a big environment, the risk management of the construction of coal chemical project is more worthy of our study. In addition, in China, due to the late start of research in the field of project risk management; there is a big gap between theoretical research and practical guidance compared with the advanced developed countries. In recent years, although the theoretical research on project risk has made great progress in a certain degree, there are still defects and loopholes. At the same time, because of the unique and non-repetitive characteristics of the project, the risks faced by each project are also different. The characteristics of the project decide that it is difficult to identify and respond to all the risks it faces. Based on the above contents, this paper systematically reviews the research status of risk identification and response of coal chemical projects, and makes a theoretical research and case analysis on risk identification and response management of China's coal chemical general contracting projects. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is a brief introduction to the background and significance of the thesis, the purpose and methods of the study, and the content and framework of the paper. The second chapter reviews the related theories of project risk identification, project risk assessment, project risk response and project risk supervision, and reviews some coal chemical contracting projects that have been built and are being built in China. The third chapter analyzes the overall framework of the risk management of the coal chemical general contracting project, including the uniqueness of the risk management, the management process, the standards and so on. The fourth chapter puts forward the management method of the risk of coal chemical general contracting project at different stages, including the identification, evaluation, response and supervision of risk at all stages. The fifth chapter takes Shenhua Xinjiang coal oil EPC project as an example to verify the research results. The sixth chapter is a conclusion, which mainly introduces the research results and shortcomings of this paper. This time, combined with Shenhua Xinjiang coal oil EPC project targeted research, for such projects in risk identification and response to provide relevant technical and theoretical guidance. | |
