中文摘要：	管理学以及项目管理学相关理论为今天新媒体系统开发项目的管理提供了理论基础，可以作为系统研发项目管理的指导性理论。项目管理方面相关理论在系统研发项目中的实践，使得研发进程更加便于管控，同时具有规划性。因此，使得系统项目在确保质量的情况下，完工交付时间更短，投入的人力物力也更少。系统项目研发进程的设计与管控是项目管理关注的焦点问题。是研发项目成败的标志,因此将该理论实践到天津IPTV智能推荐系统项目中来,能够有效的确保本项目顺利上线交付并投入使用。 本此研究以天津IPTV智能推荐系统项目作为对象,以项目管理领域的进度计划与控制相关理论为基础,将管理理论应用到本次研究中来,着重探究项目管理理论与系统项目研发之间的融合与应用。通过实践系统研发项目进程设计与管控相关工具，使得系统研发现状能够与最初的设计进行深度比较。并以此来发现项目前行过程中存在的问题,设计出切实可行的应对预案,确保本次项目按时保质完工交付。 本次研究详尽阐述了系统研发项目进程设计与管控相关理论工具同实际的工作实践之间的融合应用。主要从进展设计、过展反馈以及管控手段三个方面进行实践。通过设计项目计划，推进、反馈项目进展以及项目现状，控制系统研发总体进度情况，最终确保系统的顺利交付上线。在设计本次研究的项目计划时，需要对系统的硬件标准、功能需求、测试安排、交付标准、研发工作量等方面进行合理的规划与统筹。本次研究全方位应用项目管理工具(如:WBS、里程碑、网络计划、挣值分析、甘特图等相关工具)对研发进程中的每个关键节点以及阶段目标进行管理实践。从而使项目计划的设计更加科学合理,系统研发过程的控制更加严谨有效,最终能够保证天津IPTV智能推荐系统项目顺利交付。
英文摘要：	Management and project management theories provide a theoretical basis for today's new media system development projects, and can serve as a guiding theory for system research and development project management. The practice of project management in the system research and development project makes the R & D process more manageable and planning. As a result, the system project has less time to complete delivery and less manpower and material resources in the case of quality assurance. The design and control of the project research and development process is the focus of project management. It is the sign of success or failure of R & D project. Therefore, the theory is put into practice in Tianjin IPTV intelligent recommendation system project. It can effectively ensure that the project is successfully delivered on line and put into use. This study takes Tianjin IPTV intelligent recommendation system project as the object, in the field of project management and schedule control theory, applying management theory to this study, focuses on exploring the integration between project management theory and system project research and development and application. Through practice, system research and development, project process design and control related tools, so that the status quo of system research and development can be compared with the initial design. And in order to find out the problems existing in the process of the project, design feasible response plan, ensure that the project is delivered on time, quality and completion. This study expounds the integration of system research and development project, process design and control theory and practical work practices. Mainly from the progress of design, development, feedback and control means of three aspects of practice. Through the design project plan, push forward, feedback project progress and project status, control the overall progress of R & D system, and ultimately ensure the smooth delivery of the system on-line. When designing the project plan of this research, it is necessary to plan and co-ordinate the system's hardware standards, functional requirements, test arrangements, delivery standards, research and development workload, etc.. The study of comprehensive application of project management tools (such as: WBS, milepost and network plan and earned value analysis, Gantt chart and other related tools) management practices for each of the key node in the process of development and the stage goal. So that the project design more scientific and reasonable, system development process control more rigorous and effective, and ultimately can guarantee the Tianjin IPTV intelligent recommendation system project delivered smoothly.
