中文摘要:近年来,随着互联网的飞速发展,网络已成为人们获取健康信息的重要渠道,面向普通群众的健康信息系统越来越多。但网站质量参差不齐,用户满意度也高低不同,如何满足用户获取健康信息的需求,提高用户获取信息的效率和满意度是健康信息系统面临的重要问题。健康信息系统的交互设计不仅关系到网站建立者利润的获取,网站设计与内容投放更关乎每个用户的健康,因此对其进行研究具有重要的意义。 本文的研究目的是在选取健康信息系统交互功能评价指标的基础上,研究任务和网站的不同是否会导致用户交互功能评价产生差异,并研究导致不同用户体验的交互功能设计因素,最终为改善用户搜索绩效提出建议。具体研究问题为:(1)不同的任务类型是否会导致用户任务、交互评价的差异?如果存在差异,系统的哪些交互维度导致了用户评价的差异?(2)不同的系统是否会导致用户任务、交互评价的差异?如果存在差异,系统的哪些交互维度导致了评价差异的产生? 研究设计了不同复杂程度的两种任务类型,并选取了39健康网、快速问医生、好大夫在线三个健康信息系统。采用实验研究的方法,获取用户健康信息系统交互评价数据。研究发现:(1)任务的差别影响了用户对任务困难程度、复杂程度的判断,以及用户对特定网站交互的评价;(2)网站的差别影响了用户对任务困难程度、复杂程度的判断,针对同一任务,网站的交互评价不同;(3)39健康网的系统设计较其他两个网站可以较好的支持用户完成中等客观复杂程度任务,相比之下,三个网站的系统设计都无法较好地支持用户完成高等客观复杂度任务。为了更好地满足用户获取健康信息的需求,论文从网站结构与信息组织、页面布局、可用性、系统绩效与效率四个方面提出了网站交互设计的改进建议。  
英文摘要:In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet, the Internet has become an important channel for people to obtain health information. There are more and more health information websites for users. However, both the quality of websites and the users’ satisfaction are uneven. How to satisfy users' needs for obtaining health information and improve user's efficiency and satisfaction is an important issue. The interaction design of health information system not only relates to the profit of the website builder, but also affects the health of each user. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to research the interaction design of health information system. The purpose of this paper is to research whether the tasks’ and websites’ different will lead to differences of the evaluation of user interaction functions, and to confirm the interactive functional design factors that lead to different user experiences, ultimately to improve users search results. The research questions are: (1) whether different task types lead to differences in user tasks evaluations and interaction evaluations; if there are differences, which interaction dimensions of the site lead to differences; (2) whether different websites will lead to users differences between tasks evaluations and interactive evaluations, if differences exist, are the interaction dimensions among different websites lead to evaluate differences. The research designed two types of task, a high objective complexity task and a medium task. 39 Health Websites, Quick Doctors, and Good Doctor Online were selected as the research subjects. Experimental method was selected as the research method. Analysis results are as follows: Both the tasks’ and the systems’ difference affect the user's judgment on the tasks’ difficulty, complexity, and user's evaluation of specific websites’ interactions. 39 Health Website's system design can better support the users to complete the medium objective complexity tasks than the other two Web sites. In contrast, the system designs of the three Web sites do not support users to complete high objective complexity tasks. In order to better meet the needs of users for obtaining health information, the paper proposes suggestions for improving the website interaction design in four aspects: website structure and information organization, page layout, availability, system performance and efficiency.
