| 中文摘要: | 伴随着我国旅游业的高速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,越来越多的人将购物作为旅游活动的重要组成部分。强大的旅游购物需求催生出多种多样的旅游商品经营形式,其中旅游购物市场是一种比较流行且深受欢迎的经营形式,尤其在旅游城市中较为普遍。然而,在诸多旅游购物市场繁荣发展的同时,也有一些失败的例子,轻者萧条冷淡,重者关门倒闭。如何科学地认识旅游购物市场,如何对旅游购物市场进行管理以保持其生命力,这是摆在每个旅游购物市场面前的严峻课题。基于这种现实情况,本文对旅游购物市场进行了较为深入的研究和探讨,试图为我国旅游购物市场的发展提供可参考的思路和策略。 本文首先对旅游购物的相关概念、理论进行了回顾与梳理,进而对旅游购物市场的概念进行了界定。为了全面、科学地认识研究对象,本文引入了系统理论,开创性地提出了旅游购物市场系统,构建了系统模型,并进一步研究了系统要素间的关系,分析了旅游购物市场系统的运行机制。在此基础上,结合我国旅游购物市场的现状,文章指出了我国旅游购物市场中现存的主要问题。针对这些问题,文章从旅游购物市场系统的角度提出了旅游购物市场建设和发展的相关对策。最后,本文以天津塘沽洋货市场为例,在对洋货市场进行了深入调研的基础上,结合前文的理论研究,对“洋货”购物市场系统进行了分析,指出了其现存的主要问题和未来发展的方向。本文提出的关于洋货市场的发展策略,是在对洋货市场的经营管理现状进行深入分析的前提下,从促进旅游购物市场功能发挥、整体发展的角度提出的,希望不仅对洋货市场的发展起到促进作用,也能为其他旅游购物市场提供借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the high speed development of tourism industry and the durative improvement of the life of the people, more and more tourists choose shopping as their important parts of tourism. The strong demand of tourism shopping promotes various management pattern of tourism merchandise to be formed. Tourism shopping market is a fashionable and popular management pattern, especially in tourism cities. However, there are also some failing examples, while the tourism shopping market develops flourishingly. Some go to pot and some go into liquidation. Then, the questions how to understand the tourism shopping market scientifically and how to manage the tourism shopping market to keep their life-force, are austere problems placing the presence of the tourism shopping market. Based on the truths and facts, this thesis carries out a deep research and discussion of the tourism shopping market, and tries to provide one way of thinking and some tactics for the tourism shopping market. The thesis first reviews the relative concepts and theories about tourism shopping, and then it defines the concept of the tourism shopping market. To understand the research object entirely and scientifically, the thesis introduces the system theory and initially brings forward the “tourism shopping market system”, and in the meantime, it constructs system model, does further researches on the relationship among the system factors, and analyzes the operating mechanism of tourism shopping market. On a basis of it, the thesis points out the main problems, considering on the actuality of the tourism shopping market. Aiming at these problems, the thesis brings forward relative policies for the construction and development of the tourism shopping market. In conclusion, the thesis takes the “Yanghuo Market” in Tangu, Tianjin for example. On the basis of deep researches on the “Yanghuo Market” and with the researches on the theories of the former parts of the thesis, it analyzes the system of “Yanghuo” shopping market, and points out the main problems and the future developing direction. With the deep researches on the practice of the “Yanghuo Market”, the developing strategy for the “Yanghuo Market” in the thesis is brought forward in the angle of promoting the exertion of the tourism shopping market function and the development of the whole. The author hopes that it not only takes promoting effects on the development of the “Yanghuo Market”, but also provides use for reference for other tourism shopping market. | |
