中文摘要: 随着我国城市化进程不断推进,我国城市人口规模呈现迅猛增长的态势,交通事业也由此取得了重大突破。然而“金无足赤人无完人”, 不可避免地出现了一系列问题,例如拥堵,环境污染等等。针对此,在打造城市轨道交通的过程中,如何提高其便捷性、环保性成为当前社会各领域关注的重点课题。在此背景下,城市轨道交通装备制造业的需求在“十三五”期间将保持上升趋势和较大的规模,这为T公司带来了前所未有的机遇。然而机遇与挑战总是并存的,竞争对手实力在不断提高,如何能够在竞争对手中异军突起、脱颖而出,需要更先进的技术和完善的体系制度。 订单式生产是在既定的时间,有效的资源约束下,完成客户要求的产品,在按订单式生产的环境中,用户的要求是多样化的,对供应商的要求也越来越高,目前在订单式生产模式下,经常出现质量的不达标,客户需求不满足,交付产品不及时等问题,充分体现公司质量及管理体系的不完善,因此,如何将质量管理有效的运用到公司订单式生产中,提高成效,以更优的质量,更高效率的达到客户要求,成为目前急需解决的问题。 本文以“T公司车辆订单式生产项目质量控制点识别和控制对策研究”为题,首先对相关理论进行系统研究,包括项目质量管理及订单式生产理论等;其次对于T公司的概况和订单式生产方式作为该公司一项项目进行研究;并进一步分析项目质量管理在订单式生产中的应用特点及流程,如何制定质量策划,质量控制及改进,并将此方法运用到天津地铁5号线项目上,对此进行可行性和有效性的应用和实践。 本文的研究,完善了T公司项目质量管理体系,为后续各类项目质量管理的实施提供了成熟的可供借鉴的方法和模型,同时对于国内轨道交通装备制造型企业如何实施项目质量管理也具有很高的参考价值和借鉴意义。 
英文摘要: With the continuous progress of urbanization in China, the urban population of China has been increasing rapidly, and the traffic cause has made a great breakthrough. However, there are a number of problems, such as congestion, environmental pollution and so on. In the process of building urban rail transit, how to improve its convenience and environmental protection becomes the focus of the current society. In this context, the demand of the urban rail transit equipment manufacturing industry will maintain the rising trend and the larger scale during the 13th five-year plan period, which brings unprecedented opportunities for the company T. Always challenges and opportunities coexist, however, increasing competition power in, how can in the meteoric rise of his competitors, stand out, the need for more advanced technology and perfect system of the system. Order production is to complete the products required by customers at a given time and under effective resource constraints. In the environment of production according to orders, the requirements of users are diversified, and the requirements of suppliers are becoming higher and higher. At present, under the order-type production mode, problems such as substandard quality, unsatisfied customer demand, untimely delivery of products, etc., fully reflect the imperfections of the company's quality and management system. How to effectively apply quality management to the company order production, improve the effectiveness, to better quality, more efficient to meet customer requirements, has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the topic of " Study on Identification and Control Countermeasures of Quality Control Point in T Company Vehicle Order Production Projects ", this thesis makes a systematic study on relevant theories, including project quality management and order-ordered production theory. Secondly, it studies the general situation and order mode of production of T Company as a project of the company, and further analyzes the application characteristics and process of project quality management in order production, and how to formulate quality planning. The quality control and improvement are applied to Tianjin Metro Line 5 project, and the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are put into practice. The research in this thesis has perfected the project quality management system of T Company, which provides a mature method and model for the implementation of various kinds of project quality management in the following years. At the same time, it can be used as a reference for the domestic track.Transportation equipment manufacturing enterprises how to implement project quality management also has a high reference value and reference significance.
