英文摘要:Safety, health, and environmental management systems (hereinafter abbreviated as: Safety-Health-Environment Management System) are the performance of the electric power industry to continuously improve and improve the quality of safety management. Binhai New District Power Plant are also constantly pursuing the quality of their safety management, thereby realizing the safety benefits of the company and economic benefits. This article takes the construction of the Safety-Health-Environment Management System of Binhai New District Power Plant as a project, and studies the quality improvement of the project during the implementation of the project, in order to achieve continuous improve and improve the quality of the Binhai New District Power Plant Safety-Health-Environment Management System construction project.
