中文摘要: 随着世界经济一体化的进程加快,汽车行业在世界市场当中的竞争也愈加白热化,由此推动了各方参与全球化资源的争夺战当中。越来越多的跨国企业开始用全球化发展的眼光来考虑通过高水平、高效率的生产供应体系,实现企业的全球战略目标。汽车企业在提升全球化资源利用效率的过程中,制定完善的全球采购策略是重要的途径之一。 TI公司作为汽车燃油系统的全球零部件供应商也迎来了发展和扩张的机会,TI公司逐渐从原先的单一组装加工、生产制造转变为销售、研发、实验、生产、售后一体化的经营模式,以适应中国及全球市场的变化。 TI公司汽车零配件产品开发的项目管理是通过项目启动,计划,执行,监督以及控制和收尾来保障项目的完成的。它涉及到产品开发管理的方方面面,主要包括信息系统,人力资源,设计变更,成本收益,质量管理,团队管理等各个方面的知识。 本文依据项目采购管理、供应商管理和供应链管理的相关理论及研究现状,对我国汽车工业采购现状及其影响因素进行分析。TI公司在产品开发上要加强项目采购管理,优化采购管理,提升企业的综合实力,必须挑选合适的供应商有助于推动企业的顺利发展。作者着重对TI公司汽车零部件产品开发中项目采购管理优化这一课题进行研究,重点阐述了TI公司汽车零部件产品开发项目中采购存在的问题。论证了TI公司优化采购管理的必要性,并以PL58燃油泵产品开发项目提出了具体优化措施。 面对日趋激烈的市场竞争,TI公司在不断扩大产品规模的同时,还需要制定长远的采购战略目标,在竞争中扬长避短,通过与零部件供应商的合作,达到互惠互利,获取更大的成本利益,保证企业的可持续发展,增强TI公司在全球的竞争力。 
英文摘要: Nowadays the world has entered the times of global economic integration, and global competition is accompanying with the fast growth of automotive industry as well as global resource competition. More and more multinational enterprises start to use point and view of global development to consider that how to fulfill the goal of enterprise global strategy. And enterprise management need improve enterprise competitive power via high level and high efficiency manufacturing and supply chain. Company TI has welcomed an opportunity of development and expansion as a global automotive parts supplier of fuel delivery system. It plans to change the business strategy from manufacturing only to also including sales, R&D, validation and after-market to fit in with the change of China and world market. Company TI automotive parts product development project management is going through project kick-off、planning、execution、monitoring、control and ending to secure project on-time completed. It relates to product development many perspectives and mainly include knowledge of information system、human resource、design change、cost interest、quality management and team management. This article makes an analysis of automotive industry sourcing situation and influence factors according to the relevant theory and current study situation of project procurement management、supplier management and supply chain management. Company TI should concentrate on project procurement management to strengthen core competitive power, hence selecting suitable suppliers can help push company smooth development. This article makes a study on procurement management of product development of Company TI and emphasizes disadvantages of parts sourcing. It proves the necessity of implementing modification of project procurement management and detailed optimization of supplier chain management implementation based on product development of PL58 pump project. Facing the serious competition, Company TI increases the product variety with defining a long-term supply chain strategy goal. It uses the advantage to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses via cooperation with suppliers. It gains more benefits to guarantee sustainable development and enhance competitiveness in the world.
