| 中文摘要: | 在当前国家实施可持续发展战略,倡导企业发展循环经济,节约资源,保护环境的大环境下,阳煤集团充分利用自身的资源优势,建立煤电铝产业链,走多元化发展之路,实行煤与非煤并重的企业发展策略,这将有利于资源的节约和企业的长远发展。尽管阳煤集团建立了煤电铝产业链,但是对于产业链的管理仍然存在着问题,产业链没能实现一体化管理,因此,产业链的一体化管理成为阳煤集团煤电铝产业链当前急需解决的问题。 本文在对产业链和多元化理论进行回顾的基础上,以大型煤炭企业——山西阳煤集团为例,结合阳煤集团实际情况,分析了阳煤集团煤电铝产业链一体化管理的必要性和可行性,并针对所存在的问题,提出了实现一体化管理的思路,然后又结合阳煤集团煤电铝产业链的实际情况,从组织机构、经营业务、人力资源、信息与财务系统等方面阐述了阳煤集团煤电铝产业链一体化管理的实施。 论文共分为六章:第一章是导论,主要阐述论文的研究背景和目的、研究思路和方法以及研究内容和框架。第二章回顾了产业链理论、循环经济理论以及多元化理论,并以此作为本文研究的理论依据。第三章结合当前的市场环境、国家政策以及阳煤集团自身的优势和不足,重点分析了阳煤集团煤电铝产业链一体化管理的必要性和可行性。基于前面的理论梳理和现实分析,第四章论述了阳煤集团实施煤电铝产业链一体化管理的立体整合,主要包括组织、业务、人员、信息和财务几个方面。沿着第四章所提出的思路,第五章从阳煤集团煤电铝产业链的实际出发,论述了阳煤集团实施煤电铝产业链一体化管理的具体措施。第六章是论文的结论,对论文的主要观点进行归纳和总结。 本文的创新点在于,通过理论结合实际,从管理的角度分析阳煤集团煤电铝产业链的运营,挖掘了大型煤炭企业在发展煤电铝产业链时能否真正实现一体化管理的问题,并提出相应的解决方案。这个问题关系到产业链能否有效地运营,是煤炭企业发展煤电铝产业链的关键问题之一。希望本文的研究成果对阳煤集团煤电铝产业链的一体化管理能有所裨益。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the environment of sustainable development and recurring economy, Yangquan Coal Group took advantage of its resource adequately, established the chain of industry of coal, electric and aluminum. It reflects the strategy of diversification and giving the same weight of coal and non-coal, and it will advantage the spare of resource and the development of enterprise. Though Yangquan Coal Group has established the chain of industry of coal, electric and aluminum, it has not realized the unified management, now this problem is vital to Yangquan Coal Group. On the basis of reflection of the theory of the industry chain and diversification, the thesis took large-scale coal enterprise- Yangquan Coal Group as an example, has analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the unified management of the industry chain of coal, electric and aluminum, then proposed the resolve scheme which based on the present situation. And also, the thesis , combining with the reality of the enterprise, has expound Yangquan Coal Group how to put the unified management into effect. The whole thesis has been divided into six chapters: the first chapter is introductions; the second is the theory that the thesis study based on; the third has analyzed the necessity and feasibility of unified management; the fourth chapter has analyzed trains of thought of unified management; and the fifth has mainly expatiated measures of unified management; the last chapter has proposed the conclusions of the thesis. The thesis’s innovative lain is, from the perspective that combined the theory and the reality together, bringing forward the problem of unified management of industry chain. This problem is very important to the effective work of coal, electric and aluminum industry chain. We hope the thesis’s results can do benefit to the unified management of coal, electric and aluminum industry chain of Yangquan Coal Group. | |
