中文摘要：	在近年的“智慧校园”的建设潮流中，互联网+技术、物联网技术、云计算和大数据技术等高新技术的应用更容易受到建设者的关注，而忽略了项目建设的质量管理工作。高校“智慧校园”项目建设具有规模较大、子系统多而复杂、分批次分阶段施工、一次性隐蔽工程多、与其他专业施工交叉多等特点。在“智慧校园”建设中，出现了很多问题，例如：质量标准不统一、专业监管缺失、整体性质量较差、软件质量不稳定、服务质量较差、质量水平无法长期保持等，使很多高新技术应用成为“空中楼阁”。 本文结合作者工作经历，以NK大学新校区“智慧校园”项目质量控制为研究课题，采用文献资料法、比较分析法、专家调查法、案例研究法，按项目质量影响因素控制和过程控制两个方面分别进行研究。本文在回顾了国内外部分代表性质量管理理论后，进而分析了NK大学新校区“智慧校园”项目的独特性和质量控制要点。本文对于该项目质量控制的研究，从两个角度展开，一个是项目质量影响因素控制，另一个是项目质量形成阶段的控制。 通过上述研究，本文对相关项目质量控制理论工具在NK大学新校区“智慧校园”项目的实践进行了总结。其创新主要体现在：相关质量管理理论深度应用于项目实践，为同类项目提供了参考；项目管理团队组建的新模式融合了高校的理论高度优势和专业公司实操经验优势；编制了高校“智慧校园”的工艺标准白皮书，并将白皮书的不断完善作为质量改进的潜在机会；对项目交接过程中的存在质量水平下降的情况进行了分析研究，创新性的提出了避免质量水平下降的应对措施。
英文摘要：	In recent years, the "smart campus" construction trend, application of Internet plus technology, networking technology, cloud computing and big data technology is more vulnerable to the builders of the attention, while ignoring the project construction quality management. The construction of "smart campus" in colleges and universities is characterized by large scale, multiple subsystems, multi-stage construction, multi-stage concealed work, and overlapping with other professional construction.In recent years, many problems have emerged in the construction of "smart campus". For example, the quality standards are not unified, the professional supervision is missing, the quality of the system is poor, the quality of the software is not stable, the quality of service is poor, and the quality level can not be maintained for a long time, so many high and new technology applications have become "the castle in the air". In this thesis, combined with the authors work experience, in order to “smart campus” NK university new campus project quality control as the research subject, by the methods of literature, comparative analysis, expert survey method, case method, according to the project quality factor control and process control two aspects respectively were studied. At home and abroad have been reviewed in this thesis some representative quality management theory, then analyzes the new campus of university of NK “smart campus” uniqueness and quality control points of the project. This thesis studies the quality control of the project from two perspectives, one is the control of project quality influence factors, and the other is the control of project quality formation process. Through the above research, this thesis summarizes the practice of the "smart campus" project of the new campus of NK university. Its innovation is mainly reflected in the application of relevant quality management theory to project practice, which provides reference for similar projects. The new model formed by the project management team integrates the theoretical height advantage of the university and the practical experience advantage of the professional company. The thesis has compiled a white paper on the craft standard of "smart campus" in universities, and has made continuous improvement of the white paper as a potential opportunity for quality improvement. This thesis analyzes and studies the quality level decline in the process of project handover, and puts forward the countermeasures to avoid the decline of quality level.
