中文摘要：	医院智能化建设的好坏在很大程度上影响着整个智慧医院的建设水平，甚至成败。智能化建设的最开始也是最重要阶段便是设计阶段。智能化设计是否能满足医院的智能化要求，同时能否满足智慧医院的建设是设计阶段重点要考虑的问题。而通常的医院智能化设计项目往往忽视了其中存在的各种潜在风险，疏于对该类项目进行风险管理，稍有不慎会导致整个项目的失败，并直接影响到智慧医院建设，甚至影响到后期对接智慧医疗、智慧城市的需求。 本文首先对风险及风险管理理论、项目管理及项目风险管理理论和智慧医院智能化的相关理论进行详细研究；其次对DXB医院智能化设计实施过程进行了系统阐述，继而对DXB医院智能化设计项目的独特性进行了说明，在此基础上综合应用文献分析法和德尔菲法对我公司实施的DXB医院智能化设计项目风险进行了定性分析，给出了项目风险清单；并根据项目的五个阶段（准备阶段、方案阶段、图纸设计阶段、实施阶段、收尾阶段）进行项目风险的分类，综合应用德尔菲法和损失期望值法对不同阶段的风险进行了风险评估，对管理风险进行排序；最后结合DXB医院智能化设计项目的实际情况制定了应对不同风险的具体措施以及风险监控的全过程描述。 本文研究的目的是通过对DXB医院“智慧医院”智能化设计项目的实际风险管理的研究，为专业智能化设计企业找到解决智慧医院智能化设计项目风险管理的过程及方法，为专业智能化设计企业顺利实施智慧医院智能化设计项目提供实际参考案例。
英文摘要：	To a great extent, the construction of intelligent hospital affects the construction level of the whole intelligent hospital, even success or failure. The first and most important stage of intelligent construction is the design stage. Whether intelligent design can meet the intelligent requirements of hospitals and can meet the construction of smart hospitals is the key issue to be considered. But the common hospital intelligent design project often ignored the existence of various kinds of potential risks, neglect to carry on the risk management to this kind of project, a little carelessly will cause the whole project failure, and directly affect the construction of the intelligent hospital, and even affect the later stage of the intellectual medical, intelligent city needs. Firstly, this thesis makes a detailed study of the theory of risk and risk management, project management and project risk management and the related theory of intelligent hospital. Secondly, the implementation process of DXB hospital intelligent design is described systematically, then the uniqueness of DXB hospital intelligent design project is explained. According to the five stages of the project(preparation stage, plan stage, drawing stage, implementation stage, closing stage), the risk of the project is classified. Finally, based on the actual situation of DXB hospital intelligent design project, the specific measures to deal with the different risks and the whole process of risk monitoring are described. The aim of this thesis is to find out the process and method to solve the risk management of intelligent design project in DXB hospital by studying the actual risk management of intelligent design project, and to provide practical reference case for intelligent design project.
