中文摘要:摘要 新时代房地产的供需关系和竞争格局发生了不可逆转的变化,如何在当今市场环境中取得竞争优势和地位,实现企业的可持续发展是企业亟待思考和解决的问题,而企业发展战略的制定为该问题的解决提供了一条重要的途径。本文通过制定河北建远地产发展战略的实践,为河北建远地产的可持续发展指明方向。为实现此目的,本文主要对以下几个方面进行了研究。 首先,分析了国内当前房地产发展现状、竞争格局及河北建远地产的发展历史沿革,总结了河北建远地产当前存在的问题以及对未来发展的困惑点,通过对行业及标杆企业的发展研究,厘清了河北建远地产发展战略的研究思路。 其次,应用PEST、SWOT分析模型,从政治环境、经济环境、社会环境、技术环境及房地产行业环境等方面,对河北建远地产所处的内外部环境进行了分析,应用五力模型分析明确了河北建远地产的战略定位。 最后针对所选定的发展战略,提出了相关的战略实施及保障措施。 关键词:河北建远地产;发展战略;战略选择;战略实施 
英文摘要:Abstract New era of real estate supply and demand relationship and irreversible changes have taken place in the competitive landscape, how to gain a competitive advantage in today's market environment and status, realize the sustainable development of enterprise is the enterprise must consider and solve problems, and enterprise development strategy formulation for the provides an important way to resolve the problem. In this paper, through the practice of development strategy of JANYUAN property comperny limited, to indicate the direction of the sustainable development of the company. To achieve this purpose, this paper mainly studied the following aspects. First of all, the paper analyzes the current domestic real estate development present situation, the competitive landscape and to the development of the company history, summarizes the problems existing in the current company and confusion on the future development, through the study on the development of industry and Benchmarking enterprise, clarify the train of thought for studying the development strategy of the company. Second, the application of SWOT、PEST analysis model, from the political environment, economic environment, social environment, technology environment and real estate industry environment, etc., the company internal and external environment are analyzed; Application of The “Five Forces Model” analysis has been clear about the company's strategic positioning. Finally based on the development strategy of the selected, and puts forward relevant strategy implementation and safeguard measures.
