中文摘要：	汽车内饰行业的发展随着汽车整体工业发展一起壮大，内饰产品的质量已关乎到一个汽车企业是否具备在这个行业竞争的优势。会影响一款车型在激烈的竞争环境中能否得到大众认可。项目质量管理水平决定了汽车内饰产品开发项目的成功与否。优秀的项目质量策划对汽车内饰产品开发项目来说是保证汽车内饰质量的关键。而项目质量策划是项目质量管理的最重要的一部分，是促进新产品开发项目质量管理成功的重要因素，为实现新产品开发项目成功起到关键作用。 本文采用文献分析、专家访谈、案例分析的研究方法，力争通过研究找到影响D公司内饰产品开发项目质量策划的所有任务和实现这些任务的方法，并提出了有效的辅助质量策划的支持工具，最终达到提高D公司内饰产品开发项目质量策划顺利开展的目的，从而帮助D公司顺利进行新产品开发项目的同时，减少项目质量问题的出现。同时，本文也为同行业的企业提供了参考借鉴意义。帮助它们提升汽车内饰产品开发项目质量策划水平。 本文的研究成果体现在：本文通过研究找到D公司内饰产品开发项目质量策划的所有任务和实现方法，通过对D公司内饰产品开发项目质量策划任务系统梳理和质量工具研究的基础上，可以得知，通过明确的定义质量策划各阶段的任务和质量工具的合理应用，可以提高D公司顺利完成项目质量策划，因此，本文重点研究了D公司内饰产品开发项目质量策划任务的实现方法和质量工具的合理应用；本文将D公司内饰产品开发项目质量策划任务的实现方法和质量工具应用于W213车型仪表板开发项目质量策划中进行案例研究，证明了本文所研究的质量策划任务实现方法和质量工具应用对于提高D公司完成项目质量策划确实有明显的效果，这将有助于D公司项目质量策划任务实现方法和质量工具实施在行业内推广应用。
英文摘要：	The development of automotive interior industry is growing with the development of the automobile industry. The quality of the interior products is related to whether a car enterprise has the advantage of competition in this industry. Excellent project quality planning is the basis for ensuring the quality of automotive interior decoration for automotive interior product development projects. It will affect the popularity of a vehicle in a competitive environment. The level of project quality management determines whether the development of automotive interior products is successful or not. Project quality planning is the most important part of project quality management, and is the key to the success of new product development project quality management. In this paper, the research methods of literature analysis, expert interview and case analysis are adopted to find all the tasks that affect the quality planning of the D interior product development project and the methods to realize these tasks, and to put forward an effective supporting tool for supporting quality planning, and finally to improve the development of D company interior products. The purpose of quality planning is to help D company successfully develop new product development projects while reducing quality problems. At the same time, this paper also provides a reference for enterprises in the same industry. Help them improve the quality planning level of automotive interior product development projects. The research results of this paper are embodied in: This paper finds all the tasks and implementation methods of quality planning for D company interior product development project through research. Through the study of quality planning task system and quality tools research of D company interior product development project, it can be learned through a clear definition of each stage of quality planning. The rational application of tasks and quality tools can improve the project quality planning of D company successfully. Therefore, this paper focuses on the realization method of quality planning task and the rational application of quality tools for the D company interior product development project quality planning task. This paper will implement the quality planning task of the D company interior product development item and the quality planning task. The quality tool is applied to the case study of the quality planning of the W213 instrument panel development project. It is proved that the implementation method and the quality tool application of the quality planning task studied in this paper do have obvious effect on improving the project quality planning of D company, which will help the project quality planning task of D company to realize the method and quality. The method and quality tool can be applied in the industry.
