中文摘要:移动互联网正以前所未见的速度迅猛发展,它凭借其优势对人们的工作、学习和日常生活产生了深远影响。但对于垂直社交应用而言,当下国内用户对其缺乏深度使用,未来垂直类社交应用拥有广阔的商业价值。以领英、脉脉、赤兔为代表的职场类社交平台存在着用户参与度不高,信息、知识共享水平差等问题。在知识经济大背景下,知识共享绩效也是评判职场类社交应用是否成功的重要因素之一。本文的目的在于对职场类社交应用的知识共享绩效进行评价,并对此类应用提出管理上的建议。 参照已有研究提出的知识共享绩效指标体系,同时结合职场类社交应用的特点,笔者构建了职场类社交应用知识共享绩效评价指标体系。包含成员的知识共享能力、成员的知识共享态度、产生的知识、知识共享社交环境以及人际互动5个一级指标,及30个二级指标。同时通过问卷调查验证了指标体系的可靠性。 结合11位专家的打分,运用模糊层次分析法确定了各级指标的权重,结果表明“产生的知识”指标对职场类社交应用的知识共享绩效影响最大,而“人际互动”指标影响最小。进而为职场类社交应用提出管理上的建议,包括带动用户参与知识共享活动;促进产品内知识质量的提升;提升用户对产品的使用意愿,并增强用户粘度。 基于本文提出的指标体系,通过问卷调查,让同时使用过脉脉、领英的用户来对他们进行打分。根据打分结果可看出脉脉和领英平台上的知识共享水平均不高,但脉脉略优于领英。同时将两款产品涉及知识共享绩效的每个维度进行了对比,分析了内在的原因。图10幅,表18个,参考文献90篇。 
英文摘要:Mobile Internet is rapidly developing at a speed never seen before, and it has a profound influence on people's work, learning and daily life. However, for vertical social applications, the lack of in-depth use of the current domestic users, so vertical social applications have broad commercial value in the future . The social networking platforms represented by LinkedIn, maimai.cn , and Chitu have problems such as low user involvement , poor information and knowledge sharing. In the context of the knowledge economy, knowledge sharing performance is also one of the important factors in judging the success of workplace social applications. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the knowledge sharing performance of workplace social applications and propose management recommendations for such applications. Referring to the knowledge sharing performance indicator system proposed in previous studies, and combining the characteristics of workplace social applications, the author has constructed a performance evaluation index system for workplace social application knowledge sharing. Including members' knowledge sharing capabilities, members' knowledge sharing attitudes, generated knowledge, knowledge sharing social environment and human interaction 5 first-level indicators, and 30 second-level indicators. At the same time, the reliability of the indicator system was verified through a questionnaire survey. Combining 11 expert scores, using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of indicators at all levels. The results show that the “knowledge generated” indicator has the greatest impact on the knowledge sharing performance of workplace social applications, while the “personal interaction” indicator has the least impact. It also proposes management suggestions for workplace social applications, including stimulating users to participate in knowledge sharing activities; promoting the improvement of knowledge quality within products; improving user's willingness to use products and enhancing user viscosities. Based on the index system proposed in this paper, through the questionnaire survey, users who have used both the pulse and the LinkedIn at the same time are used to score them. According to the scoring results, it can be seen that the level of knowledge sharing on the maimai.cn and LinkedIn platforms is not high, but the maimai.cn is slightly better than LinkedIn. At the same time, the two products involved in each dimension of knowledge sharing performance were compared, and the internal reasons were analyzed.
