| 中文摘要: | 军工业是国家安全的支柱,国家经济的发展必然需要一个强大的军工行业与之相呼应。当今社会是一个信息化、科技化、创新化的多元社会。近些年,国家在军费投入方面不断增加,其主要用于武器装备的更新换代方面。随着国家对军工业的改革,各军工企业的管理者都把设备科研项目管理摆在首要位置,企业管理者首要考虑的问题是设备研发项目的进度控制,而其中设备研发项目进度控制中各种影响因素分析和其相对应的控制对策就是研发项目进度控制的主要关注对象。军工研发项目有其特殊性,如技术突破难点多、时间长,高风险等。项目进度控制是企业保证项目节点完成的主要依据,是保证项目如期完成的控制手段,更是项目管理的关键控制点。项目的进度控制工作合理有效的实施不仅影响项目的成功与否,还能够影响到此项目的经济效益。军工研发项目进度控制水平相对落后,因此将项目进度控制中的进度影响因素及控制对策引入中船M公司设备研发项目中尤为重要。本文作者以自身实际工作为例,结合项目管理相关知识,以M公司设备研发项目进度影响因素和控制对策是主要的研究对象。首先介绍论文研究背景,把理论作为基础,分析论文研究的目的和实践意义;其次系统地描述了项目管理的相关定义、项目进度影响因素和项目进度控制的方法;再彻底分析影响进度控制的各类因素并制定进度控制的相关对策,得出企业内进度控制的一套体系并印证对项目进度控制方法的有效性;最后在本文的结尾得出相关结论并指出本文研究不足之处,以及提出下一步研究的内容与方向。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Military industry is the pillar of national security. The development of national economy needs a strong military industry. Nowadays society is an information-based, technological and innovative pluralistic society In recent years, the state has been increasing in military spending. It is mainly used for upgrading weapons and equipment. With the state's reform of the military industry, All the managers of the military industry enterprises put the management of equipment research projects in the first place. The concern of the enterprise manager is the progress control of the equipment research and development project. The analysis of various influencing factors in the progress control of the equipment Research and Development Project and its corresponding control countermeasures are the main concerns of the Research and Development Project schedule control. Military Research and Development Project have their own particularities, such as technical breakthroughs, long time, high risks, etc. The project progress control is the main basis for the company to ensure that the project node is completed, it is the control means to ensure that the project is completed on schedule, and it is also the key control point for project management. The reasonable and effective implementation of the progress control of the project not only affects the success of the project, but also can affect the economic benefits of the project. The progress of military equipment Research and Development Project is relatively backward. Secondly, the definition of project management and the method of project schedule control are systematic described. And then make a thorough analysis of various factors affecting progress control and the formulation of relevant strategies for progress control, and get a system of internal progress control in an enterprise,which could prove the effectiveness of project progress control method. At the end of this thesis, we get some relevant conclusions and point out the shortcomings of this thesis, then put forward the content and direction of the next research. | |
