| 中文摘要: | 20 世纪80 年代,财务共享服务在美国福特公司创立的全球首家财务共享服务中心初次出现。这是一种根据将企业内部的会计财务工作相整合的全新的财务管理模式,对提升财务数据质量、统一财务管理和会计核算标准、拉低运营成本和提升管理水平起到至关重要的作用,尤其对于大型跨国企业和有很多分支的集团非常适用。我国引入这一财务管理模式之后,财务共享模式的发展突飞猛进。 DX公司于2008年将财务共享服务管理模式应用于公司财务管理上,计划将财务共享服务模式应用于省级分公司中去,以满足企业转型和优化管理的需要。DX天津公司正是在集团整体战略布局下,于2015年10月成立了财务共享服务中心。在经过长达两年的运行和建设过程中,财务共享服务很大程度的提升了公司的业绩并且促进了公司的管理,但同时也暴露出很多问题急需解决。本文结合财务共享服务的有关概念理论研究分析了 DX天津公司的财务共享服务中心的当前形势,总结运行两年多以来财务共享服务建设已获得的成效,如企业标准化进程提高、财务管理的效率提升、管理成本持续降低、现金流运作效益提升等。在肯定成效的基础上,查找出其在组织架构、流程设计以及人员管理和系统改造等方面的问题,并通过借鉴其他企业在财务共享服务建设上的先进经验,给DX天津公司一些合理有效的完善改进建议。本文共分为五章分别对本论题展开研究。第一章将本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究思路和有关综述进行了阐述;第二章整体将财务共享服务的有关理论概念进行了陈述;第三章描述了DX天津公司财务共享服务的现状和问题;第四章以华为公司的财务共享服务建设情况为切入点,借鉴经验,确定对DX天津公司财务共享服务中心优化的原则、目标和构建思路;第五章根据构建思路,将DX天津公司财务共享服务优化方案落到实处。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In 1980s, financial shared services first appeared in the world's first financial shared service center founded by Ford Motor Co. This is a new financial management model based on the integration of accounting and financial work within the enterprise. It plays a vital role in improving the quality of financial data, unifying financial management and accounting standards, pulling down operating costs and improving management level, especially for large multinational enterprises and groups with many branches. It is often applicable. After the introduction of this financial management mode in China, the development of financial sharing mode has been developing rapidly. In 2008, DX company applied the financial sharing service management model to the company's financial management, and planned to apply the financial sharing service model to the provincial branch in order to meet the needs of the enterprise transformation and optimization management. DX Tianjin Corporation set up a Financial Shared Service Center in October 2015 under the overall strategic layout of the group. In the course of two years of operation and construction, financial sharing services greatly improve the performance of the company and promote the management of the company, but at the same time, there are many problems to be solved. Based on the concept theory of financial sharing services, this paper analyzes the current situation of the Financial Sharing Service Center of the DX Tianjin Corporation and summarizes the achievements that have been achieved in the construction of financial sharing services for more than two years, such as the improvement of the process of enterprise standardization, the efficiency of financial management, the continuous reduction of management costs, and the cash flow. On the basis of the positive results, we find out the problems in the organizational structure, process design, personnel management and system transformation, and by drawing on the advanced experience of other enterprises in the construction of financial sharing services, some reasonable and effective suggestions for improving the improvement of the DX Tianjin Corporation are given. This paper is divided into five chapters to study the topic respectively. The first chapter expounds the research background, research significance, research ideas and related summarization. The second chapter describes the theory and concept of financial sharing service as a whole; the third chapter describes the status and problems of DX Tianjin Corporation Financial Sharing Service; the fourth chapter is the financial sharing suit of two enterprises of HUAWEI and Mengniu. The construction situation is the breakthrough point and the experience is used for reference to determine the principles, objectives and ideas of the optimization of the DX Tianjin Corporation Financial Sharing Service Center. In the fifth chapter, the optimization scheme of the DX Tianjin Corporation financial sharing service is put into practice according to the idea of construction. | |
