| 中文摘要: | 公共图书馆作为重要的文化遗产平台和信息交流枢纽,在对外文化交流方面发挥着独特的作用。随着中国图书馆事业的蓬勃发展,越来越多的公共图书馆有能力向世界展示中国公共图书馆的形象与成就。当前,在国家积极拓宽对外宣传渠道,大力推动文化“走出去”的背景下,我国公共图书馆对外宣传实践日益丰富。 本研究对相关文献进行了系统梳理,厘清了相关研究中存在的概念混淆现象,区分了围绕广义和狭义的“公共图书馆对外宣传”开展的相关研究,重点对我国公共图书馆对外宣传的相关政策进行了较为全面的分析。在此基础上,根据网络调研数据分析了公共图书馆对外宣传要素,包括宣传主体、宣传对象、宣传目标、宣传媒介、宣传内容五项要素,以及公共图书馆对外宣传的具体形式,包括公共图书馆双语图书、公共图书馆对外窗口、公共图书馆境外展览、国际组织会议宣传、国际大赛宣传以及缔结合作关系六种形式。 本文以《21世纪中国城市图书馆丛书》项目作为公共图书馆对外宣传的案例,描述并分析该项目的启动、运行等发展变化的全过程,目的是探讨项目的成功经验和存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。通过对案例的深度剖析,进一步为公共图书馆对外宣传提出具有一定普适意义和推广意义的发展策略与建议,包括:公共图书馆应加强国际化人才队伍建设;推进图书馆领域术语英译标准化工作;加强公共图书馆、图书馆学界与出版社的跨界合作;拓宽公共图书馆双语图书对外发行渠道;建立对外宣传项目的品牌意识;公共图书馆对外宣传需配合国家对外宣传部署。本文通过对公共图书馆对外宣传开展研究,意在推动公共图书馆对外宣传的相关理论研究更加深入,为我国各公共图书馆开展对外宣传具体实践提供借鉴和参考,促进公共图书馆对外宣传水平的进一步提升。表5个,图1个,参考文献80篇。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As an important platform of information exchange, public library plays a unique role in international cultural exchanges. With the development of China's librarianship, more and more libraries can show the image and achievements of China's libraries to the world. At present, China has been actively widening the channels of external publicity and vigorously promoting the "going global" of culture, the practice of publicity for public libraries in China has become increasingly abundant. This study systematically reviews the relevant literature, clarifies and distinguishes the general and narrow concept of “external publicity of public library”. The study also comprehensively analyzes the related policies on external publicity of public libraries in China. Based on the network survey data, we summarize and analyze five elements of publicity, which include the publicity subject, the publicity target, the publicity goal, the publicity media, and the publicity content, as well as six specific forms of publicity, including bilingual books on libraries, external windows of libraries, overseas exhibitions of libraries, international organization and forums, participation in international competitions, and establishment of cooperation. This study takes the project of “Series of China’s City Libraries in the 21st Century” as a case of public library publicity, describes and analyzes the whole process of the development and changes of the project, such as the start-up and operation of the project. The purpose is to explore the successful experience and problems of the project, and to propose the corresponding countermeasures. Through the in-depth analysis of the case, this paper further proposes development strategies and suggestions that have certain universal significance and promotion significance for public library external publicity. Firstly, public libraries should strengthen the building of international talent team. Secondly, promoting the standardization of translation of terminology in the library domain. Thirdly, strengthening the cross-border cooperation between public libraries, library academics and publishers. Fourthly, broadening the distribution channels of bilingual books on public libraries. Fifthly, establishing the brand awareness of external publicity. Sixthly, the public libraries’ external publicity should coordinate with the country’s external publicity. The paper aims to promote the relevant theoretical research on the publicity of public libraries, to provide reference for the public libraries in China to carry out the specific practice of external publicity and to improve the level of public library's external publicity.
