中文摘要：	摘要 随着市场经济的迅猛发展，以及企业集团规模的拓展需求和区域经济一体化的不断加强，对资金管理提出了更高的要求。在现代企业资金管理中资金池管理模式被视为最为重要的资金管理工具，这已成为大型企业集团的普遍共识，被运用的越来越广泛。但是随着企业集团经营范围不断扩大，分支机构越来越多，资金需求日益增大，出现资金使用率降低、资金风险难度加大等问题时，统一集团内部资金管理是非常重要和必要的，这也是集团化企业普遍采用的发展战略。 本文在明确资金管理模式主要内容和目标的基础上，首先阐述了当前H集团在资金池管理方面的现状，再次阐述了资金管理的相关理论，最后系统的介绍了H集团在资金池管理下出现的资金集中度不高、资金利用率低、利用承兑汇票及基本户坐支等问题，对整个集团的资金安全性重视不够，根据这些问题提出了优化资金池管理方案，提高资金利用率；推行电子承兑汇票及控制并加强监管开户行；制定对资金安全性的管理方案等改进措施。 同时H集团也在不断摸索、修正和优化资金池管理模式，全面对接银行账户及预算模块的重要阶段之中，想要形成有效的资金运行体系，需要长期观察其实施效果，并在过程中不断改进以适应H集团全面化的发展需要，实现全链条、全过程的资金管理模式，达到整体发展的战略需要。 关键字：H集团；资金池；资金集中管理；财务公司
英文摘要：	Abstract With the rapid development of market economy, as well as the expanding demand for the scale of enterprise groups and the continuous strengthening of regional economic integration, higher requirements have been put forward for capital management. In modern enterprise fund management, the fund pool management model is regarded as the most important fund management tool. This has become the general consensus of large-scale enterprise groups and is being used more and more widely. However, with the continuous expansion of the business scope of the enterprise group, more and more branches, the growing demand for funds, and the emergence of problems such as a decrease in the use of funds and an increase in the difficulty of capital risks, the unified group internal fund management is very important and necessary. This is also a development strategy commonly adopted by group companies. On the basis of defining the main contents and objectives of the management model of cash pooling, at first, this article elaborated the current status of H Group in the management of cash pooling, once again elaborated the relevant theories of fund management, and finally systematically introduced the emergence of H Group under the management of cash pooling. The problem of low concentration of funds, low utilization of funds, use of acceptance bills, and the payment of basic households, has paid insufficient attention to the security of the entire group's funds. Based on these issues, it has proposed an optimized cash pooling management scheme to increase the utilization rate of funds; Acceptance of bills of exchange and control and strengthen supervision of account opening banks; formulate improvement measures such as management plans for the safety of funds. At the same time, H Group is constantly exploring, revising and optimizing cash pooling management mode. During the important phase of full docking of bank accounts and budget modules, it is necessary to form an effective fund operation system that requires long-term observation of its implementation effect and continuous process. It will be improved to meet the development needs of H Group's comprehensive development, realize the entire chain, the entire process of fund management mode, and achieve the strategic needs of overall development.
