| 英文摘要： | The Alliance organization of Science and Technology Association is a kind of innovation community of science and technology researchers. It has innate advantage in undertaking the function-transfer of government: strong organization ability, well talented science and technology researchers, and peer recognition brought by industry elites, which is also the support of Science and Technology Association to carry out science and technology services. The establishment and development of the Alliance organization of sci-tech associations will become an important part of China's scientific and technological reform in the current situation. This paper begins with the research on the basic principles, relevant theories, mechanism setting and operating mechanisms of the Alliance organization of the Science and Technology Association, and expounds the general basis of the research on the establishment and operation mechanism of the Alliance organization. Then the author analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the problems, and puts forward the improvement plan from the deep excavation of the Alliance organization of the Science and Technology Association in the coal field. | |
