中文摘要：	营运资金管理是财务管理的重要组成部分：如果说一个运营良好的企业就是一个健康的人，那么营运资金无疑就像人体中的血液一样，遍布身体的各个角落，是维系身体机能正常运作与发展的基本保障，是企业的生命线。企业想要长久维持运营并稳定发展，保证良好的营运资金运转是必不可少的。同时，高效的营运资金管理也在某种程度上决定着企业的发展脚步。不论企业规模，大到上市公司，小到难以获得银行授信的小企业，若不重视营运资金管理，缺乏对营运资金的合理筹划，都有可能造成营运资金周转不畅，阻碍企业的发展，更甚者导致资金链断裂、企业破产。基于供应链的营运资金管理的重点在于通过整合优化供应链，共享资源、渠道，实现业务与资金的一体化管理。企业应从供应链的角度出发，研究其所在的供应链背景，重新审视其营运资金在供应链内的流转情况，探索提升优化营运资金管理效率的可行方案，进而提高企业的市场综合竞争力。本文采用理论分析与案例研究相结合的方法，开篇先介绍了文章研究背景与意义，通过介绍营运资金管理、供应链管理与客户关系管理理论的相关概念搭建文章的理论基础。从第三章开始进入案例部分，通过对SH电池制造公司的案例介绍，分析其营运资金的安全性与使用效率，并与同业上市公司进行对标分析，探索其现行营运资金管理的问题和原因。文章的最后，从供应链角度出发，针对SH电池制造公司现存营运资金管理问题提出优化方案与实施建议。本文的创新之处主要是从供应链角度着手，为SH电池制造公司的营运资金管理模式提出优化方案，将公司当前传统模式下的营运资金管理转变为基于供应链的营运资金统筹管理。同时，本文也为其他相似的制造业公司的营运资金管理优化提供思路。
英文摘要：	Working capital management is an important part of financial management. Take a well run enterprise as a healthy person, the working capital is undoubtedly like the blood which throughout every corner of the body. It is the guarantee to maintain the body's normal operation and development of the base. It is the lifeline of the enterprise. The good operation of working capital is essential for the enterprise to achieve long-term survival and development. The effectiveness of working capital management is also the key factor to determine the success or failure of the enterprise. Regardless of the size of enterprises, no matter they are large listed companies, or are just small businesses who can hardly obtain the bank credit, if we do not pay attention to working capital management, lack of reasonable planning on working capital, are likely to cause the working capital turnover is not smooth, hinder the development of enterprise, even may lead to funding strand breaks, enterprise bankruptcy. The key of working capital management based on supply chain is to integrate and optimize supply chain, which includes share resources and channels, so as to achieve integrated management of business and capital. From the perspective of supply chain, we can re-recognize the circulation process of working capital, study the supply chain of the enterprise, build our research strategic background, and explore the efficiency of improving the management of working capital, so as to explore an effective way to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise market. This research uses the method of theory analysis combined with case study. Firstly, set up the working capital management based on supply chain management and working capital management theory through theoretical analysis. Secondly, combined with the case of SH Battery Manufacturing Company, analyze the status of working capital management of SH Company, and find out the existing problems and why they existed. Finally, based on the supply chain management, this research proposes several optimization schemes for the working capital of SH Company. The innovation of this research is mainly from the perspective of supply chain. It is for the optimization of working capital management model of SH Company, by adjusting the traditional working capital management of a single enterprise, to the perspective of working capital management based on supply chain cooperation. At the same time, this research also provides reference for the improvement of other similar enterprises' working capital management.
