中文摘要：	传统的企业管理模式在顾客、竞争和变化(简称3C)为特征的新的外部环境变化面前，日益暴露出种种弊端，不能适应环境的变化；信息技术的迅速发展和广泛应用也使传统的企业流程不能适应新时代的要求。于是，企业流程再造(Business Process Reengineering, BPR)应运而生。而电子商务的出现不仅改变了企业的销售方式和服务方式，而且改变了企业业务运作模式和盈利模式，因而对企业的业务流程带来根本性的冲击。电子商务环境下的业务流程再造已成为当今组织管理研究的一个热点领域。 目前国内外学者从理论上对电子商务环境下的业务流程再造进行了研究，有些学者提出了电子商务环境下业务流程再造的理论框架与实施方法，本研究在各学者研究基础上借鉴了系统理论、供应链理论以及组织变革理论，对业务流程再造与电子商务的相关理论进行了总结，分析了电子商务环境对业务流程再造的影响，并结合电子商务应用层次分析了电子商务环境下业务流程再造的类型以及方法；接着提出了电子商务环境下业务流程再造的实施模型，并从信息流、物流、资金流三个方面具体分析了企业电子商务流程再造的实施；然后从组织结构变革和支撑要素两个方面阐述了电子商务环境下业务流程再造的同步工程；最后总结本文的研究成果。 本研究的特点是将电子商务应用层次与企业业务流程再造类型相结合，并根据电子商务特点，指出电子商务环境下的业务流程再造应围绕信息流、物流、资金流来进行，以信息流、物流、资金流的融合为目的，推进企业作为一个系统的整体再造。这种角度的研究有助于企业传统业务与电子商务的融合，对企业的业务流程再造实践也有积极的借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	Traditional corporate governance model under the external environment with new changes of customers, competition and changes (referred to as 3C), increasingly exposed many defects, and can not adapt to changes in the environment; the rapid development and applications of information technology made the traditional enterprise process not meet the demands of the new era. Thus, BPR (Business Process Reengineering) came into being. And the emergence of E-Business not only changed the enterprises’ way of service and sales, and also changed the mode of the enterprise business model; therefore it brought about a fundamental impact to business processes of enterprises. Business Process Reengineering under E-Business environment has become a hot area of organization management research. At present, domestic and foreign scholars have made the theory research of the BPR under E-Business environment. Some scholars put forward the theoretical framework and implementation of BPR under E-Business environment. Based on these previous research, this thesis referring system theory, supply chain theory, and organizational change theory, summarizes the related theories of BPR and E-Business, analyzes the impact E-Business brings to BPR, and combining with E-Business levels this thesis analyzes the types and methods of BPR under E-Business environment. Combining with the characteristics of E-Business, this thesis put forward the implementational model of BPR under E-Business environment, and from three aspects of information flow, logistics flow and cash flow analyzes the implementation of BPR under E-Business environment specifically; then this thesis expatiates the simultaneous engineering of BPR under E-Business environment; the final part of this thesis as the conclusion summarizes the research results. The characteristics of this thesis present as follows: it combines E-Business levels with types of BPR, and points out the BPR under E-Business environment should focus on information flow, logistics flow, capital flow, and for the purpose of the combination of information flow, logistics flow, this thesis promotes the whole reengineering of the enterprise as a system. Research from this perspective helps the combination of traditional business and E-Business, and put a positive reference of the enterprises’BPR.
