中文摘要: | 随着知识资源逐渐超越信息资源越来越受到用户关注,知识服务不断得到重视和推广。在此基础上,数字图书馆在当前阶段渐渐转型成为知识服务平台并持续发展。与知识服务平台建设日渐成熟、知识服务讨论愈加热烈形成鲜明对比的是,面向知识服务平台的评价研究数量寥寥,且主要集中在知识服务能力、服务绩效评价等方面,鲜有从知识构建角度对知识服务平台功能进行评价的研究。在知识服务平台建设的过程中,平台所具备的功能将直接影响甚至决定知识服务的类型和知识服务产品开发。因此,本研究从知识构建视角侧重功能评价是一种必要的尝试,能够为知识服务平台今后的建设导向和发展方向提供指导。本研究将知识构建与知识服务平台评价相结合,以知识构建的相关理论为导向,结合前人研究成果,对数字图书馆在现阶段的发展形态——知识服务平台进行评价。本研究将知识构建理论与知识服务平台建设和发展特点相结合,基于评价指标构建思路,提出相应指标并对其进行筛选和赋权。随后,运用该评价指标体系对现有知识服务平台进行实证分析,并就分析结果对未来知识服务平台建设提出对策和建议。本研究的贡献主要包括:①提出知识服务平台层级架构,并基于此构建知识构建视角下的知识服务平台评价指标体系,包括基础功能评价指标和关键过程特征评价指标,其中引入CMM能力成熟度模型,提出知识服务平台的五个发展阶段——无目标阶段、过渡阶段、稳定发展阶段、精细化调整阶段、优化完善阶段,作为分析知识服务平台关键过程特征的前提和基础;②采用德尔菲法通过三轮专家问卷调查,筛选并最终确定知识构建视角下的知识服务平台评价指标。其中,基础系统功能评价指标包括4个一级指标和21个二级指标;关键过程特征评价指标部分,对知识服务平台发展的各个阶段分别设置评价指标,各阶段分别包括4个一级指标和共计25个二级指标。在此基础上,通过专家评分完成评价指标的权重分配,并使用层次分析法计算得到各层级评价指标的权重系数;③运用评价指标体系对中国知网(CNKI)进行实证分析,根据专家调查得分评价其基础系统功能建设处于较好水平,并确定该平台目前处于稳定发展阶段。图4幅,表51个,参考文献161篇。 | |
英文摘要: | As knowledge resources gradually transcend information resources and get more and more attention from users, knowledge services continue to receive attention and promotion. On this basis, the digital library gradually transformed itself into a knowledge service platform and continued to develop at the current stage. Compared with the increasingly mature knowledge service platform construction and the keen knowledge service discussions, the number of evaluation studies for knowledge service platforms is low, and they mainly focus on the evaluation of knowledge service capabilities, service performance evaluation, and so on. There is no research on the evaluation of the function of knowledge service platform from the perspective of knowledge architecture. In the process of building a knowledge service platform, the functions of the platform will directly influence or even determine the types of knowledge services and the development of knowledge service products. Therefore, this study is a necessary attempt, which can provide guidance for the future development direction of the knowledge service platform. This study combines knowledge architecture with knowledge service platform evaluation. Based on the theory of knowledge construction and the results of previous research, this study evaluates the current state of the digital library——knowledge service platform. This study combines knowledge architecture theory with the characteristics of knowledge service platform construction and development. Based on research ideas, specific indicators, screening indicators, and index weights are proposed. Subsequently, using the evaluation indicators to conduct an empirical analysis of the existing knowledge service platform, and based on the analysis results proposed countermeasures and suggestions for the future construction of knowledge service platform. The contribution of this research mainly include:①The analysis framework of knowledge service platform is put forward, and on this basis, the knowledge service platform evaluation index system from the perspective of knowledge architecture is constructed, including basic function evaluation indicators and key process characteristics evaluation indicators. Combined with the CMM Capability Maturity Model, five stages of development of the knowledge service platform are presented - the non-target stage, the transition stage, the stable development stage, the fine-tuning adjustment stage, and the perfection stage, as the prerequisite and foundation for analyzing key process features of the knowledge service platform; ②The evaluation index of knowledge service platform from the perspective of knowledge architecture was selected by using Delphi method, conducting three rounds of expert questionnaires. Among them, the basic system function evaluation index includes 4 first-level indicators and 21 second-level indicators; the key process characteristics evaluation index section sets evaluation indicators for each stage of the development of the knowledge service platform, and each stage includes 4 first-level indicators and A total of 25 secondary indicators. On this basis, the weights of the evaluation indicators were assigned by expert scoring, and the weight coefficients of the evaluation indicators at each level were calculated using the analytic hierarchy process; ③An empirical analysis of CNKI was conducted using an evaluation index system. According to the survey scores of experts, the evaluation of the basic system function construction is at a good level, and it is determined that the platform is currently in the stable development stage.
