中文摘要：	近年来，随着汽车市场竞争的升级以及新能源汽车的迅猛发展，车载信息娱乐行业正在发生深刻的变化，不断由收音机、音视频等娱乐功能朝着处理信息更加复杂和功能更加强大的智能终端演进，车载信息娱乐系统逐步将成为车载信息服务的主要入口，未来成长空间巨大。与此同时，目前全球车载信息娱乐系统市场竞争格局相对分散，国际品牌的独资企业或合资企业等凭借着多年的积累，市场占有率排名相对靠前，具备一定的先发优势。但是，国内企业也在逐步转型，走出一条后装向前装渗透的路径，国内企业具备技术创新能力更强、响应速度更快、生产成本更低等天然优势。外资厂商产品研发理念相对保守，市场反应速度较慢，在消费升级需求快速提升和技术水平相对成熟的车载信息娱乐领域，国内厂商后发优势明显。由于车载产品具有高质量要求的特点，汽车电子产品也对质量方面有着区别于传统消费类电子的要求，而绝大多数的质量问题是产生于设计阶段，并且随着产品阶段的不断发展，在设计阶段遗留下来的质量问题变得越来越难以解决，所以对设计环节的质量管理是整个项目周期的重中之重，因而项目的质量保障和控制显得尤为重要。 本论文以Y公司汽车电子设计项目质量管理为研究背景，综合运用项目管理、质量管理等学科理论知识，就设计项目过程中的质量管理问题及影响因素进行系统综合分析。通过管理调研与案例研究相结合的方式，建立了针对设计项目的事前质量保障体系为设计质量的提升保驾护航，并在此基础上构建了事中质量控制方法，以对设计的全过程进行有效的质量控制，从而及时发现问题并解决问题，以减少由于设计问题而给项目整体所带来的损失。本论文的研究成果，能够强化企业设计环节的质量管理能力，提升企业的竞争优势，对丰富和完善汽车电子企业设计项目的质量管理研究有重要的理论价值和实践意义。
英文摘要：	In recent years, with the car market competition and the rapid development of new energy vehicles, vehicle information entertainment industry is undergoing profound changes, and constantly by the radio, the entertainment function such as audio and video processing information is more complex and more powerful evolution of intelligent terminals, car infotainment system will gradually become the main vehicle information service entrance, future growth space is huge. At the same time, the global automotive infotainment system relatively decentralized market competition pattern, the international brand of the sole proprietorship enterprise or a joint venture with many years of accumulation, the market share ranking relatively, have a certain first-mover advantage. However, domestic enterprises are also the transition to blaze a trail after put forward the path of infiltration, the domestic enterprise technology innovation ability is stronger, faster response, low production cost more natural advantages. Product development idea is relatively conservative foreign manufacturers, the market reaction speed slower, rapidly increasing demand and consumption upgrade technology relatively mature vehicle information entertainment, domestic manufacturers of backwardness advantage is obvious. Because of the characteristic of the automotive products with high quality requirements, automobile electronic products also have a difference on the quality of the requirements of the traditional consumer electronics, and the vast majority of quality problems is produced in the design phase, and with the continuous development of product stage, at the design stage a legacy of quality problem is becoming more and more difficult to solve, so about the quality of the design process management is the key of the entire project cycle, and project quality assurance and quality control is particularly important. This thesis by automobile electronics project design quality management for Y company as the research background, the integrated use of project management, quality management, and other disciplines theory knowledge, in the process of project design quality management problems and influencing factors of system comprehensive analysis. Through a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative research, established a quality assurance system in view of the design project of advance is the escort design quality, and on this basis in the building when the quality control method, to the quality of the whole process of design for effective control, so as to timely find problems and solve the problem, in order to reduce due to design problems to the project brought about by the loss of the whole. Research results of this thesis, to strengthen the quality of the design process management ability, improve enterprise's competitive advantage, to enrich and perfect the quality of automotive electronic enterprises design project management research has important theoretical value and practical significance.
