中文摘要:电梯控制柜作为电梯的核心部件是非常重要的,此次控制柜的生产转移项目是所述公司加速结构调整、产品优化升级的关键部分,项目成败与项目管理息息相关。虽然每个生产转移项目由于其产品特性不同而有所不同,但是项目进度管理是项目管理的三大核心要素之一,合理的项目进度管理对于项目的成果有重大影响,如何对影响项目进度的因素进行有效的识别,并加以控制是本文研究的最终目的。 本文主要选取了控制柜转移初期的产量以及近半年来的产量作为数据基础,研究项目进度的现状,包括项目的工作分解结构、顺序图、里程碑等,提出项目进度遇到的问题,主要从生产转移接收方的视角进行分析,重点研究影响生产转移项目进度的因素,以及如何识别与控制。其中对于影响因素的识别,运用风险识别的方法——头脑风暴法、访谈法、德尔菲法,总结出影响生产转移项目进度的各个问题。将所有问题归纳为四个方面的因素,人员管理因素、设计因素、环境因素和供应商因素。然后根据项目进度控制以及风险控制原理,对识别出的因素进行控制。制定出的相应控制方法主要包括项目进度三级计划、项目计划优化、项目进度检测与及时变更调整。 本文研究的生产转移项目进度问题,结合了项目进度管理与风险管理的内容,识别相关风险,提出了项目前期及项目过程中的控制进度的方法,并认识到有效的风险识别与合理的风险控制能对项目的进度产生积极影响,反之则会导致严重的项目延期。对于所述公司内部今后类似的生产转移项目进度的控制有重要借鉴意义。 
英文摘要:Controller as the key component of elevator is very important, this Work Transfer of controller is also important for noted corporation’s structure adjustment and product optimization and upgrading. Project management determines the success or failure. Although every Work Transfer is different because of its product, time management is one of three core elements of project management, reasonable project time management has a significant impact on the results of the project. How to effectively identify and control factors that affect the progress of the project is the ultimate goal of this study. This thesis focuses on the transfer of controller early yield and yield over the past six months as a data base, research status quo of the progress of the project, including project work breakdown structure, sequence diagram, milepost, the project schedule problems, mainly from the production and transfer of the recipient's angle of view, focuses on the impact factors of the transfer of production project the schedule, and how to identify and control. The factors affecting the identification, the use of risk identification methods, brainstorming, combined with interview method and Delphi method summed up the impact of transfer of production schedule. All the problems are divided into four factors, personnel management The factors, design factors, environmental factors and supplier factors. Then according to the project schedule control and risk control principle, control to identify the factors. The corresponding control method developed mainly includes three levels of project progress plan, project plan optimization, project schedule change detection and timely adjustment. Production transfer project scheduling problem is studied in this thesis, combined with the project schedule management and risk management, risk identification, proposed a method to control the project schedule and project process, and realize effective risk identification and reasonable risk control can have a positive impact on the project progress, otherwise it will lead to serious the project is postponed. Have an important reference significance for the internal control of the company in the future similar to the transfer of production schedule.
