中文摘要:精益管理是现代制造型企业的一种先进管理模式。其核心思想是消除一切浪费、降低库存、减少停机时间、快速生产、降低生产成本,并提高顾客满意度,以生产现场人员、设备、原材料、方法、环境合理配置为目标,从而使企业能够更好的应对市场竞争并为企业谋求最大限度地经济效益。随着工业的发展,精益管理已经成为了制造型企业发展所必须要经历的过程。诸多专家和学者对精益管理理论做了深入的研究和探索,但在精益管理理论实践方面的研究仍稍显不足,故本文作者对企业实施精益管理优化进行了研究。 本文概要的介绍了精益管理的概念,内容体系和核心思想。分析了V公司天津发电机工厂在国际风能市场和公司内部其他工厂之间的竞争压力,对生产过程的现场管理进行研究,分析了V公司天津发电机工厂的现场管理现状,揭示了V公司天津发电机工厂现场管理中的问题。通过精益管理理论的研究,并从现有问题出发,本文作者提出了实施精益管理优化现场管理的方案并制定了一系列的员工激励制度,以保障精益管理优化方案的实施。根据V公司天津发电机工厂的实际情况和基于精益管理优化的方法,设计了优化现场管理实施的具体方案和目标,目标是作业标准化,提高员工工作效率,降低半成品库存;优化现场5S管理,提高产品的品质,降低成本浪费。本文阐述了通过精益管理理论的研究,作者对现场管理问题进行分析并实施改善对策的过程,优化了员工的激励制度,提高了员工的工作积极性,增加了员工对公司的归属感和责任感;运用作业标准化的方法对生产工艺进行精益化,优化生产流程及现场布局;建立了5S管理系统,对现场5S管理精益化。V公司天津发电机工厂实施了以上符合其生产特点的精益管理优化方案,对该类公司今后的精益管理优化研究及实际应用具有一定的参照意义。 
英文摘要:Lean management is an advanced management model of modern manufacturing enterprise. Its key thought is eliminating all waste / reducing inventory / reducing downtime of machine / fast production / reducing cost and improving customer satisfaction, the manning / machine / raw material / method / environment can be reasonable arrangement, then, the enterprise can better face the market competition and let the enterprise get the most economic benefit. Lean management has become a process that must be experienced in the development of modeling enterprises with the development of industry. Many experts and scholars have done in-depth research and exploration on lean management theory, but the research on the practice of lean management theory is still somewhat insufficient, so the author has studied the lean management optimization of enterprises. This article briefly introduces the concept of lean management, content system and key thought. The competition pressure between the Tianjin generator factory in the international wind power market and the other factories in the company is analyzed, it researches on workshop management of production process, it analyzes the status of workshop management in Tianjin generator factory, and it shows the problem of workshop management in Tianjin generator factory. Based on the research of lean management theory and the existing problems, the author puts forward a scheme to implement lean management to optimize the workshop management and set up a series of employee incentive systems to ensure the implementation of lean management optimization. Based on the actual status of Tianjin generator factory and the method of lean management optimization, the detail method and target of optimizing the workshop management is setup. The target is the job standardization, improving the employees’ productivity, reducing the semi-finished stock; optimizing the 5S management of workshop, improving the quality of product, reducing the cost waste. Base on the research of lean management theory, this paper describes the author makes an analysis of the problem of workshop management and improves, optimizing the employee incentive systems, improving the employee's enthusiasm for work, increasing the employees' sense of belonging and responsibility to the company; using the method of job standardization to lean production process, optimizing the production process and workshop layout; the 5S management system is set up, leaning to 5S management of workshop. The Tianjin generator factory of V Company has implemented the above optimization scheme of lean management in line with its production characteristics; it has certain reference significance to the research of lean management optimization and practical application of this kind of company in the future.
