中文摘要:长期以来,“三农”问题一直是全党工作的重中之重。目前,我国已基本解决了农业发展中的总量短缺问题,人民的根本生活需求得到满足。然而,由于农产品流通不畅,大量的农产品在到达消费者手中之前就已产生极大损耗,其中零售领域的损耗尤为不能忽视。影响农产品流通损耗的因素多种多样,目前学术界的研究大都较为粗浅,尤其是在零售领域,鲜有学者从影响程度及因果关系角度对这些因素进行探讨。 本文回顾了以“农产品流通损耗”为主题的相关文献,分析国内外研究角度的差异并总结现有研究的不足,对国内外农产品零售领域流通损耗的成因进行探究,按照技术、商业管理和经济、政策法规以及消费者行为和生活方式四个方面对损耗成因进行详细阐述。接着,通过文献阅读提取出8个影响因素,构建农产品零售领域流通损耗影响因素体系;结合Fuzzy DEMATEL方法,对农产品零售领域流通损耗影响因素进行量化分析。最后,根据各因素影响度、被影响度、中心度、原因度分值及因果图分布,对各因素影响农产品流通损耗的程度进行分析并讨论因素间的因果关系,最终得到3个关键因素,通过设定阈值对影响因素间的重要关系路径进行分析,并采用敏感性分析验证了研究结果的稳健性。 研究结果表明所有外部环境类因素均分布于原因因素中,尤其是“缺乏市场压力”对农产品零售领域流通损耗的驱动性非常强,是最重要的原因因素。经济、技术、管理类因素均分布于结果因素中,其中“财务资源的缺乏”在农产品零售领域流通损耗中起到了极为重要的媒介作用,“收益不确定性”的驱动性也很大,二者在整个系统的重要性排名中名列前二,故均列为关键因素。通过对这三个因素的分析,有针对性地提出相应的调整措施,从而促进其他因素以及整个系统的改善,从而减轻农产品零售领域中的流通损耗。 
英文摘要:For a long time, the issues of agriculture, rural areas and farmers have been a top priority for the whole Party. At present, the shortage of food and the fundamental needs of people’s life have almost been solved in China. However, due to the unsmooth circulation of agricultural products, large amounts of agricultural products have been damaged badly before the consumption level. It caused indelible negative effects on food quality and safety, economic development, ecological environment. The reasons of agricultural food loss varied, few scholars studied these influencing factors in a system framework and analyzed the complex casual relationships among them at present, especially in the retail field. This thesis reviewed the related literature which took “agricultural food loss” as the topic, analyzed the difference between domestic and foreign research and summarized the shortcomings of existing studies. To explore the causes of agricultural food loss in the retail area, we elaborated the causes in four aspects, including technology, business management and economics, policies and regulations, consumer behavior and lifestyle. Then, the thesis identified eight influential factors based on the literature analysis, thus the influencing factors’ framework of agricultural food loss has been constructed. The research quantitatively analyzed these factors with the method of Fuzzy DEMATEL. Finally, the research analyzed and discussed the casual relationship between each factor and its importance according to the indexes’ score of the factors, and obtained three key factors. In addition, the research also analyzed the significant relationship path around key factors through the setting of the threshold value, and verified the robustness of the results by sensitivity analysis. The results of this research have shown that external environmental factors are all cause factors. In particular, “the lack of market pressure” has a strong driving force on agricultural food loss, thus it’s one of the key factors. The economic, technical and managerial factors are all effect factors. Among them, “the lack of financial resources” plays an extremely important intermediated role, “uncertainty about benefits” is also a strong driving factor, both of these two factors’ importance ranking are at the top of the whole system. Hence, they are both on the list of key factors. Through the analysis of three key factors, the corresponding adjustment measures are put forward, which will spontaneously contribute to improvement of other factors and even the whole system, the agricultural food loss in the retail area will thus be reduced.
