| 中文摘要: | 本文探讨了国际基建工程应用PMBOK项目管理体系中质量管理的实践和价值,结合数字工地技术对施工过程的质量管理模式进行深入研究,探讨用信息化手段提升项目质量管理水平的技术方案,针对中国路桥国际公路工程建设的质量控制问题,在深入分析和综合研究的基础上,分析了影响施工质量的“人机料法环测”等关键因素及其国际特性,介绍用依托新型信息技术的数字工地系统提升项目质量水平的设计方案和成果案例。 采用基于云计算技术和物联网技术的数字工地系统的应用可以保证国际公路项目建设质量的提升,并对建设项目质量水平的管理提升提出了一些建议。数字工地主要是把施工过程中各个环节各个工序各项施工指标用数据来描述和衡量,依据分析处理相关数据对建设施工进行综合有效管理,执行并达到建设项目的预定目标。数字工地是数字化和结构化项目施工全过程,可以全面而深度优化项目质量管理,并制定出符合国际环境并切实可行的质量管理制度和质量控制体系,为项目的科学质量管理奠定了基础。结果证明,数字工地方案对于保障国际基建项目建设质量水平具有重要作用,是一种全面、综合和有效的方式。 | |
| 英文摘要: | This article explores the practice and value of quality management in the PMBOK project management system for international infrastructure projects, studies the quality management mode of the construction process with the digital site technology, and analyses the key factors such as the "Man Machine Material Method Measure Enviroment" which affect the quality of the construction on the basis of the in-depth analysis and comprehensive research. Its international characteristics introduce the design plan and case study of improving the project quality level by relying on the new digital information system. The application of a digital construction site system based on cloud computing technology and Internet of things technology can ensure the improvement of the quality of international highway project construction. The digital construction site mainly uses data to express the construction content and collects, processes, transmits and feedbacks the construction process. A series of data, and then according to the relevant data analysis and processing of the construction of the construction of a comprehensive management, in order to achieve the project's default objectives. Through the digital site management to optimize the integration of construction management, to develop a comprehensive digital management method of construction. The basic methods of management, the target control system of the project, and the engineering volume of the project provide a scientific theoretical basis for the construction and lay a foundation for the project's scientific quality management.
