Business School has the state-level key disciplines, and state-level key research bases and the entities of Institutes with State Social Science Innovation Base.
　　Business School has three basic subjects, that is, business administration, management science and engineering and library files which can be further divided into eleven sub-subjects: business administration, accounting, international accounting, tourism management, marketing, financial management, human resources management, information management and information systems, electronic commerce, the library and archives.
　　In addition, Business School has 13 Master authorized disciplines (professional degree), including the following subjects: Business Administration, Accounting, Tourism Management, Human Resources Management, Management Science and Engineering, Technical and Economic Management, Library Science, Information Science, Archives, MBA (including EMBA), MPACC (Master of Accounting), MPM (Master of Project Management) and Corporate Governance.
　　Furthermore, Business School has seven doctorate authorized disciplines on Business Administration, including Enterprise Management, Accounting, Technology and Economic Management, Tourism Management, Corporate Governance, Human Resources Management and doctorate in library science.
　　In 2005, Business School resumed its name entitled as Business School of Nankai University. So far, the teaching staff has 164 people. Among them, 116 teachers are full-time, of whom 38 are Professors (25 doctor supervisors), 55 Associated Professors and 23 lecturers.
　　The number of the undergraduates and graduate students in Business School amounts to 4,800 people. On the basis of more than three million books in the library of Nankai University, the books of information centers under the Business School have more than 150,000 copies in Chinese and Foreign books, more than 700 periodicals.
　　What’s more, Business School has thirty-five Multimedia classrooms, eleven special laboratories which almost equal to five thousand square meters.
　　Experienced the vicissitudes of life for 86 years and enjoying the policy of reforming and opening up for 25 years, Business School of Nankai University, in the course of reform and development, works hard in exploration and innovations, and devotes to the construction of the subjects. In addition, Business School has set reasonable subjects with a solid and strong teaching strength as well as sound operation of management. The overall strength of Business School stands ahead of others in China. Business School is one of the most dynamic and development potential colleges in China. In 2004, Business School was awarded as: “the advanced collective organization for the tenth five-year plan”.
